i've now think fixing the small and easier things like 30bb min etc should be on the top of the list. the crashings going to take time to fix and getting the rest sorted before finding the fix is better than focusing on one thing and leaving the rest till its sorted. the game play could improve and i think if you can get it fixed first people will put up with other issues

Keep up the good work, the client is more stable. Now please give us resizeable omaha table. one time....lol.

At the moment there are:
3 nl600 games going on at eurobet and only 1 at scandic
3 nl1000 games going on at eurobet and only 1 at scandic
4 nl2000 games going on at eurobet and only 2 at scandic
1 nl5000 games going on at eurobet and only 0 at scandic

Just wondering how come and if this is something new we can expect?

The resize function is broken on the OS X client.
As it is right now, you have to click the "hide chat button" multiple times (like one mouseclick for every pixel) to make a table smaller.

Please use the contact form found at www.ongamenetwork.com/ombudsman to send any details you may have. Very interested in them. When tables close unexpectedly like that your funds will automatically return within 12 hours which, of course, isn't good enough. As we completely understand your urge to contact support when it happens, we can't really suggest waiting 12 hours before contacting them, but it would be better for us.

One incident is one too many, but I 'd just like to confirm a prior statement I made that these table closure incidents are now rare.

Also I was playing today at scandic and all of a sudden the the table I was playing was not shoving in the lobby. I then tried to open eurobet to see if the table was on their lobby - and it was. So it seems like tables somehow dissaper from scandic while your playing, but are still showing at eurobet?

twice today been able to play the first hand at a new table without paying blinds

This would be a good feature if intentional.

Yesterday I played with 6 tables going at 100NL and poof they all dissapeared and the client shutdown. I relogged in and was able to rescue a few hands.

Also note I am running a I7 Intel Proc so no problems there

It basically seems like scandic is only showing tables that aren't full. If they get full, they dissapear.

Sure you haven't got hide full-tables checked?

LOL reminds me of the time I was very drunk and fired up a session Couldn't get sounds to work no matter what settings I tried on windows etc. Then I figured I better put the headphones on - worked a charm, thanks ongame.


On topic - the "dissappearing/reappearing" money bug has not happened for me in a while though I do get random sudden complete client failure maybe once a day.

My main gripe at the moment is the notes, I think I have spotted a pattern.
- If a player is new (i.e. you have no notes/colour codes) then you will be able to make a note and colour for that session, this works as normal.
- If you have already a note/code on a player then you cannot see or modify this note/code at the game table.
- All notes and codes for all players are correct in the lobby.

Is this just me or is everyone the same?
