Re: What's happening at Ongame?

Just played this software for the first time. LOL. OMG how do companies actually come up with this stuff. I can just picture them all there at OnGame saying "omg this is going to blow people away." Have the people that created this software ever played a single hand of online poker? My god. They have actually succeeded in producing a bigger POS than the old software. There is only one thing that is better in this. The software is actually more responsive in some ways for me. When I click a button, it clicks immediately. LOL. Thats how desperate things are though. I am complimenting on the fact that when I click a button it clicks immediately.

I thought the comments about time taken for all ins would be exaggerated. They were not. It actually takes so long I almost think someone did it as a joke. Its just not normal. I honestly would love to know what was going though the heads of people involved with this software.

No waiting lists? LOL?

And Ive already lost money by not noticing a third person was in a hand. The cards are awful. The way they get hidden by all the other **** is awful. This software is just awful.

Why cant any of these idiot companies figure out that people dont want stupid gimmicky ****. They want a simple, dare I say basic (gasp), clean, uncluttered interface. They all think they are going to produce some bells and whistles ****.

Well done OnGame. You have managed to keep the tradition alive. Bodog and Prima would be proud.

Re: What's happening at Ongame?

I played a hand just now where i was sat in the bottom right position with the tables resized to small. I turn the chat boxes off as they are distracting.

The problem is that the button (if you are it) obscures your cards slightly. I just played what I thought was a set of 8s to an over pair and was disturbed when the pot went to the overpair. Turns out I had pair of 8s with 2 kicker. I can just imagine the guy typing his notes.

I hate this software

Re: What's happening at Ongame?

Just played the new software on RedKings. I'm on monkeytilt now. Wow.

No waiting lists, what are you kidding me? All ins take forever. The cards and chips are too small, it is tough to see who is in the hand. Interface is just cluttered imo. The software does seem to run faster so that is good.

Ongame's traffic is going down down down.. I almost wish that they would lose all of their players.

During the transition, traffic is divided between the new network and the old network. PokerScout continues to track traffic on the old network, which represents a diminishing portion of Ongame's total traffic. At or near the end of the transition period, tracking will be switched to the new P5 network.

From Poker Site Scout..

MS Vista and redkings skin.

Fixed. Did a complete uninstall with revo uninstaller and then reinstalled, from the look of it it was having problems converting my old note file.

Re: What's happening at Ongame?

What happened to all the tournaments on there today? The only one I could find was the $10k rehab. No $100k, no turbo $10k...
