Yes..after all the collusion cheating scandals at the Stud and DoN games, which resulted in a cap of one Chinese player per table. They are now back on the Stud/RAZZ tables. Was this announced? Has a reason been given, that the possibility of collusion is no longer a threat, in the way it previously was?

So, it's no more RAZZ for me on PS anyway.

I have not found any Stud tables with more than 2 Chinese players.

My guess is that Poker Stars have today decided to relax their table restrictions from 1 to 2 Chinese, withou making an announcement.

This may or may not be OK for SnG players, who are larger in numbers, and thus have a louder voice with PS.

As a RAZZ and Stud player, I was always uncomfortable with the old setup, as were many others. In fact there was a Stud Chinese scandal long before the DoN one.

The reason for the restriction was only as a result of the epic DoN collusion thread here. Stud benefitted as a consequence.

So, what's the story Pokerstars?

Perhaps PS have developed better collusion detection software that can catch suspicious play much faster.

Also noticed this at the ring games. There aren't too many Chinese ring game players, but when they play - they apparently like to play together.

The restrictions were apparently relaxed a couple of weeks ago, as mentioned in the "racist" thread, although I don't recall an official announcement, or any reasons given. Have you seen more than 2 China-based players at a table?

Some people suggested in that thread that the reason PS has limited it to two Chinese players is it makes it easier for them to spot the cheating Chinese from the honest Chinese. Reviewing 2 players is a hell of a lot easier than having to cross reference across the entire pool of Chinese players

Chinese internet censorship? They are still able to play because Chinese government apparently wants to keep a hold on their necks, but doesn't really want to choke them to death at the same time.
