1. All rakeback players have this remark. If you're not a rakeback player, please ask Support to check your account. I'll make a note to change the "House" to "Rakeback" in the backoffice.
2. No, don't have to verify.
3. If you cashed out on 12th, take out 24-48 hours, and you should get your funds on Monday or Tuesday. If you don't, send your username and a short note to 2p2@everleafgaming.com and we'll check.
