What is happening with Everleaf? Are we going on another scandal?

I was looking for a thread about it on 2+2, but i found nothing. Just some "forum representative" thread about specific skin of Everleaf, but nothing about Everleaf themselves. I'm trying to "do the puzzle" with all the "semi-information" I have, but i will try to remain as objective as possible...

As Everleaf doing the payment themself, i have some question as people waiting cashouts since MONTHS. I'm waiting a cashout since 1 months and 2 days myself and I do not consider myself being the worst case at all.

Everleaf said it is a technical problem. The "it's a technical problem" goes since April.... 7 months now. Things went worse lately (september). Before that moment, Georges (a forum representative for Poker4Ever) was able to help some players getting paid. Since September (see this thread: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...4/index22.html), things seems to get worse and worse.
Others skins did not credit any rakerace to their winning players (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...upport-552976/).
There has been some weird transaction where the site owner is trading skin's money vs. bank transfer (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=416)
There is also some weird thing going on regarding staking on Minted Poker (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=366)

How can a TECHNICAL PROBLEM with such an important matter as WITHDRAWING MONEY could remain unsolved after so many months?
If there is some problem with their payment system, why can't they do those payment manually? They seems to have the ability to do so (as Georges was helping before september)
Is this have anything to do with a possible cashflow problem of Everleaf?
There isnt any investor information about ELG company, so I guess they are not on any stock exchange market. Any way to see their financial result?
Is this network in difficulties?

My concern are getting bigger and bigger regarding this network. All Forum Representative seems to be gone: last post from DannyTDP (templedupoker) is on October 2nd; last post of GeorgeA (poker4ever) is on October 10th.

Can someone provide more information?

Re: What is happening with Everleaf? Are we going on another scandal?

You said more than I knew, or I didn't know they have had the technical problems for six months now. And they can make those cashouts manually or whatever, but they don't do that much. It looks like they don't have enough money, though they rake a lot though the need to pay the salaries too, but why it has been like one month so long, can't be of much help to delay it for one extra month with the little cashouts they have and keep ruining their reputation and driving the more active players out. It just looks so crazy to me, though I have seen it many times before, and in cases they just delay it for no reason at all, and in some cases they don't have the money or not that much, and in some cases they just are slow for no reason at all but as this network was fast a year ago, why it's suddenly so slow? It's no longer a technical problem (6 months, if that's true) and likely even many people who work there believe it to be technical problems because someone tells them so, a month after a month, rather than the owner is having some gambling or a drug problem or needs to pay too much to mafia or needing money to pay to get his wife or kids back. Six months, small places like that. Technical problems, no real business would start ruining themselves like that without there being personal problems.

Yeah its getting bit weird at the moment.

I had a mail last month with a explanation about this all.

They said something about a new owner and upcoming changes. Also something about changing main currency of the room.

So i am still hopefull aboyut the future , but still im worried about the cashouts , i am waiting my self already 3 week for a big cashout.

Add me to the list awaiting a cashout. 18 days. They've always taken 21 or so days when I didn't ask George to speed it up, but him not logging on since the 14th worries me some. Hopefully soon.

And I don't get how people who have been here for 2+ years don't get this.

Re: What is happening with Everleaf? Are we going on another scandal?

I asked to the support if they were on any stock exchange market (so i could see the financial report). The livechat told me they didnt have a clue and they forwarded my inquiry to their supervisor.

Here is the answer i got:

Hello Sebastien,
Thank you for contacting support.
EverLeaf Gaming is not on any stock exchange. We are a private company and our financial results are shown to Maltese authorities (LGA).
I hope this answers your question and if you require any other assistance, please contact support any time.

So financial result are available for LGA only...

Re: What is happening with Everleaf? Are we going on another scandal?

Everleaf Gaming Network is growing and soon will combine its Euro network (UPN) with the USD network (ELG), effectively doubling in size. To do this, we will be deploying the multicurrency system by the end of the year. Also, we are adding new payment methods. These and other developments prompted us to develop a new cashier system.

This is where we made a mistake and, to speed up things, relied on a third-party development, which didn’t work well with our systems.

Long story short, not only our ability to process cash outs but also to accept deposits was hindered because of these developments. That’s why, while most of the cash outs and deposits go through flawlessly, some get stuck. Since cash flow is not a problem, we manage to process the money manually, where possible. But sometimes the funds get stuck with the payment providers or in-between.

We know that this terribly affects our players, our reputation and ability to function properly. The good news is that we are almost done fixing up the system and in a week or so all cash outs will be processed as before - within 24-48 hours. We’ll also be able to accept deposits as before.

One thing I can guarantee is that there is no “scandal” coming up and there will be no unpaid players. We are 2 years old and, trust me - we went through much tougher times when we were unprofitable and struggling to survive. Those were the times when we got tested by lack of cash and new technology. Today it is simply a technical matter for which we have a solution. We are grateful for and humbled by the patience our licensees and their players have afforded us. We will not let them down.

As of Danny and George, they work for our licensees and, although we have no control over their posting activities, we'll remind them not to leave their players in the cold and keep providing the updates.

Re: What is happening with Everleaf? Are we going on another scandal?

This is great news ELG, and thanks for your post. I love Poker4ever, and definitely want to continue to play there. I also love the plan to merge the ELG and UPN networks, so I can also play the € (Euro) tables.

Have been playing on PixiPoker since they started and never hade any problems with cashouts. Great for the network with a merge, looking forward to play more on Pixipoker
