Hah I have no idea how much cts has bought so far but I'd imagine it's higher than my #.

I was never offered a chance to change my screen name. Other than that I really don't have much opinion about it.

EDIT: I definitely think the pros should be forthcoming about what their old name was though.

Would you entertain the idea of a prop bet between yourself and CTS on whose horse runs the furthest in the M.E? Comon George, put your staking skill to the test.

Hah the only real skill we have is hitting f5 quickly enough so that we can buy before anyone else.

I mean obviously I'm careful to avoid ones that look -EV to me, but there are def a few packages I bought that I kind of wish I didn't have now. It's hard to do much research on packages that are bound to sell out in 15 minutes though.

I don't think any of the packages I bought are all that bad, but some are probably slightly -EV for me. But really the goal is just to have a +EV portfolio overall, not that every investment is +EV. If I was careful about making sure every package I bought had a ton of value, I would have missed out on a lot of good ones.

I think I'd take Jorj vs CTS in terms of a horse running deepest in the ME, simply because he started buying action about 2 weeks sooner and probably has his money spread across more people. If Sect or anyone would like to make a friendly bet on the other side I'd be happy to make a small wager!

Also Jorj has my action and CTS doesn't, and I'm winning, sooooo....

Well CTS has my action so I probably should be rooting for him on this one
But hopefully they both do well and make money, since that's good for them and the marketplace.

Hah I would have instabought your main event action if I had seen it before cts did.

Thx George that means a lot. Assuming CTS or others don't object I could offer 5% to you if you'd like.
Do you think CTS hires a secretary to monitor the marketplace 24hrs a day? He always appears to be not logged into 2+2, but hardly ever misses a purchase opportunity.

I dunno it's possible, he sure seems to buy some of them pretty quickly.

Ya I'd def buy 5%, I doubt they'd mind b/c you'd still have a decent % of yourself, but you should def ask first.

gl at wsop either way.

If you're already registered, they give you T$. Then can just unregister once before the target tourney starts.

What is an attainable win rate in the hyper satellites?

I've been away from the game a while because the variance brought me to my knees. Are they tougher now than say, the beginning of the year?

Who in your opinion is the top 5 players in these games?

I don't really know attainable winrates, just look at the top guys on hypers on the sharkscope leaderboard and search them to find their roi. I'd say anything above 1% is really good though.

Regarding the top 5 players, I don't like to answer questions like this because it's not really fair to people who I'd probably forget to mention.

George, welcome back to your well I heard your off to a slow start at the WSOP, but is their an event coming up soon that you feel very good about?
What event besides the M.E do you feel you'd have the highest ROI in?

I feel good going into every event pretty much, only to be let down anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days later. Then I just sign up for the next event and feel good again.

Event I have the highest ROI% in almost certainly has to be one of the low buyin HORSE or 8-game events. There are just so many bad players in these, and very few players are even close to competent in all the games in the rotation.

George,

I'm a live pro(semi) at CAZ, forgive me if these questions have been asked but the thread is soo long.

1) Why is your CAZ nick-name "giggling" George?

2) did you really crush some local bookies on Superbowl prop bets for huge sums in back to back years?

3) do you ever play CAZ cash games anymore, and if so what games?

FYI, the state championship allows buying in multiple start days ( I think 3) this year, which should mean even softer and more monies.

George are pretty much all your profits from the Hyper turbos? That is very good because not one tourney last more than 6 minutes i think! You can take breaks anytime without needing to wait a for a tourney to finish.
