Soda, Carbon just moved you to their top tier by request? Meaning, you didn't qualify for it but they granted it simply because you asked?

You know I like you so this isn't me trying to give you a hard time but rather maybe show a different way this can be viewed so you don't feel as screwed. If Carbon did not bump you up to Ether, would any of the resulting problems of points multiplier/etc have been an issue?

Also, I would have suggested California instead of Vegas. Not just for weather and lifestyle but the games are much better. Vegas is actually pretty rock infested when there's not any draw such as the wsop or something. I know CA cost of living is more but the card rooms there are great. It may be a trade off worth contemplating. gl

I played on Carbon long before BF and to be fair before they had this huge increase in volume their support was miles better, but yeah since BF its been pretty poor but i guess they have alot to deal with.

Click on "Player Admin" and then click on "support" on the left side of the screen. Then, the fourth option down is verification.

I also had a bad experience with this company. Not nearly as bad as OP, but just serious communication issues between support and I. Since the issues started, I tried to get problems resolved and got fed up to the point where I had to take the money offline.

I sent the request on friday and got paid to Neteller after 5 days. But I am European, don't know if you guys can use Netller...

I deposited in January and back then, their support was way better. When I write them now about some minor issues, which they can simply resolve within two sentences I do not get back an answer just that they received my e-mail ...
