I deposited 2 days ago (11th July), using moneybookers and still no sign of the money. I'm based in Europe so this issue doesn't apply to only USA based players and/or credit/debit card users.
I sent an email to Shane, Rizen AND Lock support right after I made the deposit (when the money was not there).
This is the email I received from Lock support yesterday:
I went to my cashier and transferred the $40 to my poker account. It all seemed fine. However once I refreshed the page, the fund was no longer there.
I have since emailed support - no replies so far.

There are. However Internet Poker gets a lot more traffic than Lock's forum on 2+2. So it makes sense to post this thread here to make more people aware of the situation.

This may simply be an error in Lock's payment processing system. However no Lock reps have addressed this issue anywhere in the forum in the past few weeks since the problem began. This hurts Lock's brand massively and doesn't give new or old players much incentives to deposit.

Looking through the link I posted in my OP you'll see that it's not just one person going over the top with a missing deposit. It's multiple people every day for the last few weeks experiencing the same issue. Like I said before, Lock may very well not be down right stealing people's deposit. But the fact that most people haven't heard back from lock support and/or any lock reps addressing the issue on 2+2 - is what's making people annoyed and angry.
