Just wanted to say - i received my money last saturday - 3rd of december.
Looks like operations run for december in holidays too.
2 Replies to my letters was also given during last weekend.May be the little guys from support team was right about saying : " operations will try to hire more staff for december"
The thing is that i never leave them without constantly asking couple of everytime-stupid questions and buzz them all the time.
That's what others wanna do if they want theyre money within 8-10 days for bigger withdrawals and within a weak for 500$ or less.

To Sufferinsuccotash : : Well man , everybody is curious about you , you know , it seems you constantly follow the topics about this poker network and you give some valuable advises,so people wanna know some of your nicks in the cardroom.
My suggest is to give away at least the one you play with not so often
I gave away 1 of mine , may be it's time you reveal one of yours lol
I like and i agree with your posts , but i can't make a decent guess about with which nicks you might represent yourself in the cardroom.
So it would be nice if you give it loose for the rest of forum guys.
I would say you are either from central Europe or why not even the USA lol

I am sorry , Are you referring to me or to Sufferinsuccotash ?

i meant Sufferinsuccotash

Anyways, I've noticed a large number of 30/15 or so players at the NL200+ who simply keep running good and winning. I mean, these stats surely don't look like a winning strategy. Don't know. Prolly just paranoid.

15 minutes ago i played some 200PLO heads up vs a guy with a $50 dollar stack.
I got it in preflop with A10109 vs JJxx and the board came A99xx, so i won the hand ($100 pot). But then the chat box said:

An error occured at this table
Current hand is not complete
All players have to leave the table
Your balance is corrected to the start of the hand

WTF!! Thanks pnr

Obviously support told me that the Operation Department will contact me ASAP, which is bull**** obv...

Anybody else experienced this?

Havent experienced the bug, although I can confirm that Operations Department is a divine entity located far beyond us, and they don't like to waste their time dealing with mortal beings.

Recently I got the message that my cashout was cancelled because it exceeds the monthly cashout limit of 8k$. I checked my history and saw that it actually did not exceed the limit. I contacted the support and presented a simple calculation proving my point. The support told me that the Operations department (bless them) has decided it did exceed the limit nevertheless and I can contact them if I want to.

I did. Did they answer my e-mail? No. Of course not.

I see you playing on 1K NL often. I play against you quite often and you certainly seem like a winning player to me. I don't know if you win more then 8K a month on average, but there are a lot of high stakes games running these times, so there have to be players who do so.
I wonder if PNR is ever going to increase the maximum amount of $ that you can withdraw per month. If you have a 50K bankroll for example, it takes more then 6 months to withdraw everything. This is just ridiculous for high stakes players imo...
That's why i don't understand some of the good regulars who play 20/40 HU often. They can only win 2 buyins every month...

However, i don't think that PNR is going to do this, because high stakes players aren't the main source of income for the site, because you can easily get to 100% RB on these stakes.

Hit the nail there! Theres no reason PNR should want lots of high stakes action. In fact, when you look at their RB table you see that they get max 40 USD effective rake a day (1200 USD a month) per player, regardless how much or how high he plays. Considering that it doesn't surprise me that they have liquidity issues. Just compare it to the huge sums other card rooms are raking in every month.

I haven't played at those stakes for long, at some point of time lots of bad players playing NL1k showed up (some kind of ad campaign maybe) so I took a shot at it, however lately it seems that those games are drying up (NL1k), so I don't expect huge profits in the future.

When it comes to cashouts I'd be happy with 8k in one month if it was for granted. It seems that the room isn't very friendly towards winning players, similar to many other rooms. Cashouts taking forever, no reply to e-mails etc. I just hope it won't get any worse and the site won't go under either.

A lot of fish came over when BetOnline, a U.S. Sportsbook, joined the network.

Despite it's bad rep, I wanted to give this site a shot. Soft games and high rakeback were worth the risk to me. But yesterday when I went to sign up they said I would not be allowed to play because I am officially a U.S. citizen. I'm living in Canada at the moment and I have a Canadian bank account, address, etc. But according to their operations department American's living abroad were not allowed on their site.

GG PNR, it's probably for the best that I'm not allowed to put money on your site in the first place.

Isn't that standard for non-US sites?

no this is the only site that I've seen that has this policy. Think about all those U.S. grinders who relocated to play online poker. If Stars, etc. had the the same policy they wouldn't have been able to play.

They just wants to play it safe (even though nowhere in the Wire Act or UIGEA does it come close to saying U.S. citizens would not be allowed to gamble when out of the country). It's just a little contradictory that Action allows BetOnline, an all-American site onto their network, but won't allow someone who is not even playing where the law is a gray zone onto another site on the network.

Lol yesterday i played a long session, when on a table i got AK.
I raised, 1 caller in the blinds. The flop came A 5 J, and my c-bet got check-raised. I thought it was a very tough spot vs that player and decided to call and see a turn. The pot on the turn was about $70. Then, my software crashed and i had to restart it!! On PNR you have the 'allin protection' feature, so my opponent must have thought that i was cheating. When PNR was running again, i saw that my opponent had a set of 5's vs my toppair, and i escaped from loosing a very big pot.

Right after the hand i felt very sorry for the guy, but for some reason my chatbox never works, so i couldn't talk to him. I contacted the support immediatly and told them about this 'accident'. They said that it would be OK and thanks for contacting us blablabla...

Now, 1 day later, i see that my account is disabled!! It is suspended for 24 hours for some 'investigation'. **** man, i'm really worried now. I haven't cheated, in fact, i hate people who abuse the allin protection.

Will they close my account??

I just got feedback from Operation Department. The suspension will be removed but if this happens 1 more time my account will be permenantly disabled.

So sick!

I still play on the old version of the software because i prefer that one. Does the new software crashes that often too? Then it might be worth it to try playing there.

Hmm, why disable account. Theres a limited amount of all in protections and thats it. Anyways, the new software has its own cons. For example when im in the waiting list and its my turn to sit down the seat remains "reserved" and i have to wait until it shows empty again. And sometimes somobody grabs the seat before me. Also sometimes Im just removed from the table for no reason at all and I have to restart the software.

Hmm i will have to play on the new software then... But first of all i will cash all my money out and try 10nl for a while I can't risk loosing a couple of K's.

Conclusion is this site good for bankroll building, not for living.

Koizig0172:
maybe there is somewhere a .log file, what contain crash reports.

If the new site for PNR is anything like the new site for Tiger Gaming...DO NOT download the new software! Here are some reasons why...
1) the call button moves to where the fold button is located right before your turn
2) chat font is so large you can only see 3 lines so you need to constantly scroll back to see it
3) there is no bonus meter...it just says pending until bonus is reached
4) betting buttons and slider are very unrefined
5) there is only one button for bringing additional money to table and its located at top left of screen which is inconvenient
6) clicking on "wait for big blind" lights up "sit out" which is confusing
7) tables are not brought to forefront when its your turn to act making multitabling difficult
8) many of the games offered on the old software are not available on the new software...eg. guts, big 2, pan, 13 card etc.

The only good things about the new software are...
1) ability to multitable more than 4 tables...even though they are now so difficult to navigate I'd be surprised if you can play more than 4
2) resizeable tables...even though this was actually offered with the old software years ago

Otherwise its just a glitch-infested facelift! If you do download the new software and hate it as much as I do…just be sure to save the old software so you can reinstall it again

Because of my problem posted above, i tried the new software. Before this, i played on the upgraded old version (the one where you could open more then 4 tables, but still have the old layout).
Installing the software works fine, but when i open it, it always crashes. Support told me that i had to deinstall the old software first, but i have allready done that. Anyone know how to solve this?

Otherwise i will have to look for a new site

Hey guys, I have the new software (Tiger Gaming), and have the same issues with crashing as I did with the old software. I can only hope that I dont have the same situation as kolzig with crashing where it looks like you cheated. I have the same issues as far as the waiting list as well.
