Well to be honest with you - i have no idea why you can't see the cashier.
Usually when the site crashes and your connection goes from "good" to "none"
and the site restores back to online again your connection will change to "fair" in most cases if you havent closed the cardroom software , if you reconnect however the connection must appear as "good" and you should be logged in and able to check the cashier.
Sometimes it happens by me after a crash i can't check it too , but thats because i am automatically being logged out by the system because it crashed.
I also can't say that the network itself doesnt have anything to do with your problem.I know you as a player at high stakes cash tables and i don't know if they just decided to **** with you in some weird way.
Anyway if you are able to connect and can't see your cashier then may be its a good thing to reinstal your Windows or may be try to logg in from another pc to check if the problem is from yours.
It's a whole different story if you are actually unable to log in at all - then your account must be temporary frozen , but i don't think that's the case.
I also have a withdraw request , smaller than yours , and i am waiting with a bit of worry to get the money.
I guess best thing for you would be to write to Operations , instead of to that lazy support team.
You should get confirmation if the problem is from them and if it is happening on purpose , because of something what you did or whoever knows what the reason might be.
