Hey sakura,

I recognise your name on the Network. I have been playing at Tiger Gaming for close to 7 years now I believe. This delay in cash outs have been going on for at least 2 - 3 years now. Very frustrating, but I have always received payment usually around a month later. The amounts are anywhere from $1500 to $2500.

How long have you been with PNR?
Have you received a cash out before this one?

Hey fellas,

I just read this entire thread. For those that do not understand this is not just a PAYNORAKE issue, it has to do with the Action Network as a whole (ie Tiger Gaming and other skins).

I counted 15 people, including myself, that said they had issues with this network. 5 out of the 15 said that they were eventually paid. Some simply stopped posting, so we do not know if they were or not.

Over the past 6 years I have had 38 successful cash outs, but it is over the last couple of years that there have been delays. If it is a cash flow issue, I wish they would just say so, instead of all of the bogus excuses. They used to ask for ID several different times, and then it was processing issues. There are more players on there in the last couple of weeks playing 2/4, 1.5/3, 1/2, .50/1 then I have seen in years, so hopefully this gets rectified.

Although it is very frustrating, I cannot see them going broke. The reason I say this is because this has been going on for the last couple of years, and you would have thought if they were going to go broke it would have happened by now. Any replies would be appreciated.

hi daig, in 2011 i have received 8 payouts. my wait times are the same as yours, roughly 1 month. but i constantly have cashouts pending, at the end of 2010 i had about 60k in pending cashouts, that amount clearly has not been fully paid out yet.

Just an update for anyone who cares... I just received a $2500 cashout from Action Network. It took just less than a month again, but I did get it.... Make that cashout number 39

Thieves - don't play. A few get money most will not.

Traffic has increased and almost doubled in the last month according to PokerScout.

The problem is, no matter how much traffic they have if they are not handling the players funds appropriately, then they are taking a huge risk regardless of traffic. For a perfect example, look no further than Full Tilt! They had the #2 traffic in the world and are in serious financial trouble because of their mishanlding of funds.

I hope, that Action Poker has learned from their mistake and will now segregate funds appropriately, but honestly we have ZERO reason to think they will!

For those that have money on Action Poker, I sincerely hope you get your money!

As long as their costumers are "happy" despite having to wait 2 months for their money, instead of 48h-72h, they are going to keep making slow payments.

Are you by any chance working for PNR or any other skin on that network? Or how else could you help ... unless you are in touch with an affiliate manager / management there?

I am not a manager of any sort. I think I have been on the network playing medium size cash game as long as anybody though. I do periodically have contact with Rod Lewis, but not so much lately, but I could try through the live help.

Well I am sure the other members can try their luck via live chat as well, but you also have to understand that people will get suspicious when someone just signs up, only replies to one thread and offers help ... .

No worries man, but I am who I say I am. Ratnug(FSWL07) and Sakura can varify that I play on this network. I joined this thread for the same reason as everyone else either slow or no payments; however, as I stated earlier I have never NOT received a payment, I am only concerned with the late payments.

Money owed now is over $1,500 lol crooks.

I am beginning to hate poker. Full **** now this paynocashouts it's just too much

FYI: Received another payout from Tiger Gaming

Payout request: 06/17/2011

Amount: $1067

Received: 08/16/2011

Method: Moneybookers

Country: Canada

My advice for everyone is to keep requesting payouts for ~ $1000 until you have a small balance that you can afford to walk away from. Then constantly withdraw and deposit to keep bankroll at a minimum.

This is the ONLY way to train poker sites to be responsible with your funds.

If they are taking more than a few days for smaller $100 withdrawals, then tell support you are playing elsewhere until you receive it.

Lastly, DO NOT go around bad mouthing and warning everyone they will lose their money...or start some campaign to save players funds. This is the quickest and surest way to invoke panic and cause the site to go bankrupt.

Hi I have had numerous problems with Pay No Rake. I have currently been waiting 36 days since my first cashout on July 25th(5 cashouts totalling $4000). I have literally contacted every resource possible including emailing suppport@actionpokernetwork.com,oper...kernetwork.com, Playsafe Holdings, kahnawake Gaming Commission. On the special occassion I get 1 of my 60+ emails replied too, all i receive are empty promises that my withdraw is being attended too urgently. Recently I have been posting my concerns on the FACEBOOK Fan Page and sharing links such as this one to inform customers who may not already know that this site is extremely sketchy and the 48-72 hours processing time stated on the cashier page is false advertising. To my dismay, Lynn Pearce de Freitas Director Of Marketing deleted my posts and my ability to comment any longer. She obviously wants customers not to worry about what their legitimate payout problems. I fear this company is going BANKRUPT and people will lose their money. How is 33+ days over the specified time period of 48-72 hours remotely acceptable? I will keep everyone informed on my current payout requests. I urge anyone who has problems to contact Kahnawake Gaming Commission, at least they have the decency to reply to your emails. I strongly question the business ethics of Action Poker Network.

The few email replies I have received have went like this:

To: operations@actionpokernetwork.com; support@actionpokernetwork.com
Subject: BANKRUPTCY?????
Date: Wed, 24 Aug 2011 13:02:22 -0700

Hi my name is Ian I play on Pay No Rake. I have 5 cashouts going back to July 25th. I email constanyly and talk to live support everyday with no replys. I must conclude that you guys are going BANKRUPT. Is this true? Ive read on many forums that nobody is getting paid out only small cashouts does this confirm ACTION POKER NETWORK IS GOING BANKRUPT? Should I be advising my fellow poker friends not to deposit on here if you guys are indeed going to be going into Bankruptcy?

REPLY:

Hello Ian.

Thank you for your emails.

Our Marketing Director Lynn Pearce has escalated your case to me. I just want to apologise for not responding sooner, I have been very busy the past week, but that is certainly not a valid excuse on my part.

I will try and see what I can do to hurry up your outstanding payments and I will get back to you on Monday at the latest.

Thank you for your time.

Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us back.

With all due respect what does being very busy this last week have to do with anything, ive been emailing you since early August? Correct me if I'm wrong but your cashout policy allows for a maximum payout of $3000 a week, therefore I should have my whole Payout of $4000 processed beacuase they were spread out over 2 weeks? Last time only $3000 was paid out even though I had had more pending cashout. Can you please actually reply back to this email answering my questions.

REPLY BACK:

Hello Ian.

Thank you for getting back to me.

Our policies indeed reflect that the maximum you can withdraw in a week is $3000.00. I will certainly try to pay you your whole pending withdrawal balance.

We really do apologise for the delays. Ecocard is not one of our very popular deposit mechanisms and thus we have to regularly reload funds to our merchant account. Thus this can cause delays. 48-72 Business hours is the standard for most other mechanisms, but payment via Ecocard does take longer.

However I will certainly try and get this situation sorted for you as fast as I am able.

Thank you very much for your time.

Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us back.

When will I receive my funds Ive read many forums of people waiting longer than 1 month to receive their money via moneybookers, ewallet express, neteller and other withdraw options? It now has been 36 days and my EcoCard is working just fine. This is very insulting. Can you please reply back to me ASAP

So far no word back..............

Received a Part Payout today $1500 of total $4000. Still Have a cashout pending from July25th- $2000 and one from August 4th for $500. This has not approved the situation at all! Still my longest withdraw request has not been processed 36 days and counting. Another example of how Pay No Rake is not living up to their cashout policy. I should have receieved the full $4000 since my 5 cashouts were spread over a 2 week period. For some strange reason, most likely cash flow problems 3 of the newer and most small payouts (all$500) were only processed.
