Hi my name is Ian I play on Pay No Rake. I have 5 cashouts going back to July 25th. I email constanyly and talk to live support everyday with no replys. I must conclude that you guys are going BANKRUPT. Is this true? Ive read on many forums that nobody is getting paid out only small cashouts does this confirm ACTION POKER NETWORK IS GOING BANKRUPT? Should I be advising my fellow poker friends not to deposit on here if you guys are indeed going to be going into Bankruptcy?

With all due respect what does being very busy this last week have to do with anything, ive been emailing you since early August? Correct me if I'm wrong but your cashout policy allows for a maximum payout of $3000 a week, therefore I should have my whole Payout of $4000 processed beacuase they were spread out over 2 weeks? Last time only $3000 was paid out even though I had had more pending cashout. Can you please actually reply back to this email answering my questions.

Our policies indeed reflect that the maximum you can withdraw in a week is $3000.00. I will certainly try to pay you your whole pending withdrawal balance.
We really do apologise for the delays. Ecocard is not one of our very popular deposit mechanisms and thus we have to regularly reload funds to our merchant account. Thus this can cause delays. 48-72 Business hours is the standard for most other mechanisms, but payment via Ecocard does take longer.
However I will certainly try and get this situation sorted for you as fast as I am able.

When will I receive my funds Ive read many forums of people waiting longer than 1 month to receive their money via moneybookers, ewallet express, neteller and other withdraw options? It now has been 36 days and my EcoCard is working just fine. This is very insulting. Can you please reply back to me ASAP
