re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

@Kazzle:
For your info, PokerStars usually pays out within 1 hour even for $10 on a weekend. Maybe PokerStars has caused my expectation to be "unrealistic"?

VictorKIng,

I find your post fascinating, but I'm just curious what you think your time spent thinking about the $4, depositing $21, requesting a withdrawal for $25, cancelling your withdrawal, building your roll to $40, requesting a withdrawal for $40, googling for info, reading about complaints, subscribing to 2+2 forum, learning how to post pics of documents in 2+2 forum, uploading and possibly subscribing to photobucket, and finally posting (twice) in 2+2 forum is worth?

Anyway, welcome to the forum (seriously)

Sufferinsuccotash:

1.)Time spent on depositing $21 to rescue $4 takes about the same time in normal poker decisions. Either you raise or you fold. I raised.
2.)I didn't expect to win some freerolls there, but since I did, I might as well try to withdraw the winnings and see if they'd pay me on time like it used to be. Now it's not.
3.)Googling for info is educational. I always learn something new, and I enjoy learning.
4.)Reading about complaints will allow me to know which sites are shady and allow me to avoid getting entangled with them in the 1st place. Too bad I didn't think of this when I deposited the $21. My bad.
5.)I've been reading 2+2 forum for a long time and have benefited greatly from others' generous sharing. So I think it's only befitting of me to share my experience so that others in turn will also benefit.
6.)Learning to post pic here is easy and took a few seconds only.
7.)How do you know I've to subscribe to Photobucket for the 1st time? What makes you think I don't already have an account there? In this case, your hunch is right though. I guess you must be a good poker player to be able to read into things like that. Having a Photobucket account will be useful for future uses.

So to answer how much is all these worth? In financial terms, perhaps I've saved myself hundreds to thousands in money that I would've deposited in shady sites if I didn't know better. In intellectual terms, I get to interact with very smart people on this site, and thus add to my own thinking repertoire which'll be useful when making poker decisions. The pot is big enough to justify the investment of efforts. Whether the pot is meant to be mine or not is another matter.

VictorKing,

Okay, good answer. I mean I think you're a life nit. But good answer. And so am I.

Hopefully we all get paid soon, but right now I think we're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

Year ago i was waiting for a withdraw ~3 month
Now 2 months have passed from my cashout request.
A support does not solve anything this is standart for this room.
frightens a small number of older players at the table means that the total debts room before the players just awesome.
The problem is that the players are isolated from information about the situation with the network...

Their chat is a joke and so are the mail responses. They cant give any straight answer and it seems like they just want to win time. 3months is just ridiculous lol.

I got a hint that they might solve the payouts in short notice, but i kind of doubt it.

re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

It's bad this time. My small $40 requested on Jul24 is still pending now. I think they are in serious financial troubles. Could be another Full Tilt in the making. I've $30 stuck in Full Tilt since it went down in flames.

re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

I just talked to their chat stuff and they said that they just started to send the payouts today and that we will recieve it any time. Sry for my english. Im always skeptical before it actually happens, but at least thats a different answer, compared to the 108 other chats that i have had with them.
