Re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

Am experiencing delays with my cashout. Was told emails addresses didn't match (moneybookers and site email I suppose) so changed them to match. Denied again, I enquire why and get this email:

Please be advised that Subscriber Evidence has been added to your device by another casino, listing you as high risk.

Please could you explain this situation to us.

I don't really understand what this even means. They've not exactly told me what I need to explain. Am concerned they are stalling me.

I did play on the Tiger skin previously, never had any money in that account or played there whilst have had account at PNR though-is this the issue?

Their reply didn't really answer my questions:

Thank you for contacting us.

Have you previously experienced problems on another company?

Thanks for your cooperation.

The Chico Poker Network

Thank you for contacting us.

Do you have accounts in any other gaming company?

Could they be behind the global security warning?

Thanks for your cooperation.

@pofigistka: Your account is flagged, probably owing money to another online poker or casino site. At least that's how it reads.

It seems pretty obvious that English is not your native language, perhaps German instead? You are not being attacked in this thread, just given other possible scenarios for why this may have happened.

They emailled on Thrs:

Thank you for contacting us.

Did you experience any problems on SkyBet?

Thanks for your cooperation.

I had no problems. They've not been responding. Quite worrying. They haven't even specified a specific question problem for me to address so I could provide them with more info/find out the problem.

Re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

Skybet told me:

"After reviewing the use of your account, the Traders have made the decision to restrict the amount you can place on a bet. Accounts are continually reviewed and the Traders may decide to change your limit in the future"

So it seems that PNR have not cashed me out as my sportsbets with another firm have flagged my account/details. I only ever played poker on PNR and being restricted by traders is hardly tantamount to dodgy/unethical behaviour. Hopefully they process my cashout.

PNR always finds a new way to create problems.
I made a new deposit but there is no money in my account. I sent many messages to them but there is no replay.......

Everything is ok now. The problem is solved.

Re: Waiting x months for money from Paynorake

I have asked for a cashout from tigergaming and the money is not in my skrill. But they are not in TG too. I have sent a lot of messages but they don't seem very usefull. They say they have put the money but they don't give me the id number of the transaction to check it out. I have spent the day mailing skrill and TG and with no result. I don't say it is on purpose but I am tired trying to find out what happened.
