Zac is the coolest out of the support staff. He actually told Dolf from me to make coffee for everyone, instead of work on the computer. Also to give him some matches and a knife and let nature take it's course... He actually told Dolf that, as he confirmed the next time I spoke to him. He said Dolf wasn't too impressed, but that it was hilarious! LOL

it seems that it is true what zac said. i got the same response from email support after spamming/flaming them.

I think people in this thread should keep sending mails and go to their chat and complain. If they have an intention to solve the payout issues, then they are working freaking slow and they are not doing much to make the players feeling relaxed imo, when they are not providing us with any information whatsoever.

I think we should ask for some spokesman to join this thread and answer our questions. If everybody in this thread who got money stuck on their site asked for a spokesman to participate in this thread , then that might be possible. I do apologize for my english.

I send them mails on daily basis and receive my daily load of generic tosh and balderdash.
I can`t stop thinking they are buying time. Don`t know why, don`t know the reason, just an intuition. Hope they are going to prove me wrong. |

You do not know that they will never get paid? Our most blatant lie. Think how can we judge them, I unfortunately think that the transfer of shares, can not reach them, no judicial authority to punish them. They no longer have to GammingCommision. They are Curaso and is not good. I hope I am wrong, but time and logic and their lies think that no payments.
