Are they plain criminals or inept administrators the point is
1.if they are going to pay us
what I`m almost convinced they are not
and
2.what can we do then

I'm afraid they immediately close our accounts and `officially` seize our money for breaching the room rules.

This is exactly what we do here:) And they don`t give a **** about it I`m afraid.

One option for us is to sell our claims to somebody who is capable of identifying those people and squeezing the money out of them.
If you know someone, I`m in.

Maybe we should send them a mail/letter signed by all of us to let them know that we are in contact with each other and we are not going to give it up without a fight.

Any other ideas?

I think waiting is the worst option possible.

Now the site works because new players make deposits and new site absorb the money,

First off, the issue is with Chico/Action Poker Network, not Paynorake. The reason I say this is because I play on the Tiger Gaming skin, and they do not have the same "pay no rake" offer, and have been a skin on this network for much longer than Paynorake. Also, I can assure you that I have had a delay in payment like this in the past, but having said this, it was only this long (2 months) 1 time. The bottom line is that it appears that the traffic is increasing again; which a good sign.

This is easily done by using friends accounts that have zero balances and don't care if they are ever allowed to play there again anyway. But I'm not advocating we do this unless we are convinced we won't be paid.

Yeah, I don't think we should go for extreme measures when there's still hope they are going to pay. The question is - for how long are we willing to wait. I sent an e-mail to Chico asking for some kind of timeframe for their fraud checks etc, of course they gave none. I wish there was a way for us to pressurize them to give us some kind of deadlines. If they are planning to pay us I'm sure they have some sort of idea when it's taking place.

PayNoRake have uppgraded their skin now new sportsbook and you can bet on horses. I hope thats a good sign. Think we should have a deadline when we have to take action if the network is till going.

I am looking forward to the day when we all say, "I got my money today!". Anyone who is on this thread please let everyone know if and when you get paid.

I'm going to cancel my pending withdrawal of $500 and try withdrawing $50 instead. Lets see if they are even allowing small withdrawals to go through ...

Interesting that they don't even send an email confirming payout request anymore.

:(

I had a frustrating problem getting money off PNR several months ago - chat dicked me around for months until I wrote a letter to the gaming commission. Got paid the next day. From what I've read on here the comission has since changed, or it is now under the jurisdiction of Julian?

Anyway, looking at both the BetOnline and PNR clients, they appear to be on the same network. In June BetOnline had a "malfunction" with the wallets; funds couldn't be transferred from sports to poker, and the games shrivelled up. Crusty.
http://i.imgur.com/4BiaA.jpg

It would seem via these absurdly delayed withdrawal requests they are seriously lacking in liquidity as a result of the poor games.

I really want to know what is going on behind the scenes. BetOnline is frightfully dodgy (it was up and down all the time, support were clueless, plaintext passwords, fabricating chip-dumping allegations), PNR seem incapable of fulfilling withdrawal requests, Kahnawake have offloaded them.

It would be good to hear from an affiliate/someone involved.

Hi

I got the following reply from Chico Poker Network when asking about the delay in payouts.

"We are in receipt of your payout request.

Please note that Ecom Enterprise NV has recently been acquired by Julian International Holdings, Inc. (JIH), who will continue to honor all customer balances and payouts. While this acquisition strengthens the poker network and provides many benefits for our valued clients, it does come with one frustration – and, that is the transition period while JIH takes over.

Please expect your payment to be delayed for a short period during this transition period, while we do the necessary checks and balances.

We apologize in advance for any frustration or hardship this may cause.

Sincerely,
Payments Department
The Chico Poker Network"

Hi,
I got the same answer from Chicko Poker Network. I am waiting on my payment since 19th of May.
Does anyone know who provides them with the gaming license, given that Kahnawake is no longer in the game. Did anyone get paid since they renovated the site? How long do we wait, and what do we do then? Concrete ideas?

Just was in live chat...

Hello XXX, my name is Dolf, how may I help you?

XXX 13:24:46
yes, so could you please tell me what the hell is going on on Paynorake?
players are now waiting up to two MONTHS for a cashout
here is also a big thread in the 2+2 forum about this. and i dont wanna hear something about julian overtaking you tell this for months now.

Dolf 13:26:08
There was just an unexpected delay. Rest assured that you WILL receive your money and I will do my very best to sort this out for you.

XXX 13:28:19
yeah but you know but i cant imagine what this is all about you release a new software and traffic is now starting to cripple because of this delayed payouts(watch the traffic graph on pokerscout). Because of this reason in the 2+2 forum are big rumors going on that you have a lack in liquidity...

and if this overtaking is really the reason how can it be that the players are the bereaved of this

Dolf 13:34:47

I can assure you that we have no "liquidity" problems. The take over has been finalised and all outstanding payouts will be paid as soon as possible. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

ok, Curacao licence, is this www.ciga.an? And are you 100% positive they operate under this licence?
If this is so, there is very little we can do. First of all they don't have an email address, which means you'd have to send a fax. And Even so, "Please bear in mind that the Directors of CIGA have other full time engagements and we ask you to be patient. Currently, CIGA does not have the capacity to handle player complaints against members, however all such complaints will be passed on to the appropriate member; who will be expected to respond in a timely manner. Please contact the member company BEFORE bringing any complaint to the attention of CIGA, to allow them the opportunity to resolve the matter privately initially" which brings us back to the start.
