i have been waiting over 1 month for just $500 to neteller. Been told it will be next week 2 times. anyone else have a problem with getting money out from here?

I am getting no more replies via email and the LiveSupport didnt work anymore!

I am really upset because I deposited alot already!
I cashout to my ecocard account and I deposited yesterday with my ecocard account without problems in 1 min!!!!

I am waitiing now over 1 month for my payout of 1570 Dollars!!!
I am getting no more replies via email and the LiveSupport didnt work anymore!

I am really upset because I deposited alot already!
I cashout to my ecocard account and I deposited yesterday with my ecocard account without problems in 1 min!!!!

This situation is not acceptable...and I will start to post in every important Forum if nothing will happen soon!

Cliffs: They said their server went down and they basically had to restart and they are processing payments today.

sorry but server restart does not take 1 month. Sounds like a major cover up. Not confident i will see my 500

Agreed seems pretty shady. I asked the CS why they havent mailed a single player about this and he said the emails got lost in the server crash. Smelled like bs to me.

Also, the thread title should really be changed.

Also after digging around a little I can see they falsely advertised being affiliated with rakeback.com. An employee made a thread about it basically warning people of this site and paynorake chimed in saying it was a typo.

I do not see how something like that could be a typo. That was from awhile ago.. Anyways I might suggest creating an account here and getting in contact with paynorake guest affilate manager (Shaun). It might help.

I also gave live support this link and told them that it might be in their best interest to tell their managers to pop in and touch on this situation.

thanks Rigg for you help. the thread you link to was back in 2008 so didn't really try to contact them there. If they don't respond to emails sent to their support i think im kinda screwed. These shady sites wind me up. Paynorake pays no prizes

Ya I actually found a thread from last year where the paynorake manager said he would no longer be posting on that site due to threats made towards him. That was his last post.

I really hope this is happened as they said.
But if I will not get my money soon..I will take care that all people playing there actually will know obout this issue.

I spend alot of money on this site and I am sure they will get down soon if they not payout.

Hope they read this thread and paying some attention.

I will get a baby soon and I calculated with that money...I am getting crazy....but thanks for your good advise....

This is not looking good for you guys. They told me the other day all cashouts were processed, now I talked to them again today and they said not until Monday or Tuesday now. They said they will come and post in this thread over the next few days. I doubt it will happen but let's hope you guys get your money.

Thanks for the status becauce I still cannot reach their LiveSupport and not get any emails!

Now we talking about 3270 $ because I finished yesterday on their 10 000 $ Tournament as second place.

Dont know If I should be happy now or not ....When I will get my money you should know that you did a really good job for us!!!....


Lets hope and see what will happen....I liked the site because you get everday your rakeback and that was sometimes alot in my case.

If its really a servercrash then the money should be there next week....
Excuses I heard alot from them....so now its time for some action.
