I also got assistance from dakota at cardschat, she spoke to lock and put me on a "priority list" and 3 weeks later I got paid.

I don't no how much she helped or if she helped at all but I think its worth a shot getting in touch with her.

I have a 10k pending Skrill cashout from the 14th of May 2013 on Lock Poker. I was following one of the other threads but only just noticed this one specific to non US players.

I haven't had time read the entire thread but noticed some people have mentioned 'cardschat'? The other poker forum? Should I join and search out this dakota? Any help/tips anyone could provide appreciated and sorry I don't have time to read the entire thread.

I don't think that "most" players will get paid. Maybe the ones that keep raking on that site if, and only if, they have the patience to wait X months for their money.

And you need to thank Nutz for tracking the cashout reports, not me. I just biatch about the site and take any chance I get to bash on them cause they deserve anything that could possibly come at them.

I actually think that this "Pure poker player poaching" stuff is pretty awesome cause Lock deserves to lose any player that falls for Pure.

And Shane's Lock forum account having been hacked is just epic but also very concerning.

what i dislike about this whole situation is some idiots on other well known forum are continuosly playing and promoting this site. becuase of a so called "dakota factor" by doing this they are making the situation worst and not holding lock accountable for the long periods of wait time for cashouts. I meet my end of the bargain by depositing funds and not doing a chargeback. And followed all there rules. In order for this to be stopped we need to find a way to inform new player and depositors about lock lack to pay players. I suggested on top of the spreadsheet thats nutz is updated. We make a Thread with players that has or will stop playing on lock and let this long list of players be a firm and strong message that we will band as players and boycott this site until ALL players are paid out and they hold there end of the bargain

My last 2 cashouts were around 75days and 100 days, so would be thrilled if i get this one around the 120 day mark, fingers crossed!!

I tried contacting Dakota from cardschat but she is saying she is only sending a few names a month and isn't having much success. Furthermore she says she isn't interested in helping people who aren't active members of cardschat

I'm about to file a civil lawsuit against Lock Poker, wincake (which is owned by Lock Poker) and towergaming (which one day randomly decided to transfer my account and funds here).

It's been nearly 30 months without seeing a cent from my only cash out request. They owe me couple thousand and clearly have no interest to resolve this issue.

I'm Canadian citizen and I would ask someone from this community if they can give me some advice, tips before I file this lawsuit. I also intend to file a criminal lawsuit when the civil one settles.

Since I am Canadian I will explain how a situation like this works. Because we don't put up with garbage like this a lawyer will do this free of charge. However the flip side is we have to accept the fact that Justin Bieber is our fault.
