After reading this thread two weeks ago and saw the long times people were waiting for Skrill cashouts I managed to cancel my Skrill withdrawal which was already pending for 4 days and and made a Neteller withdrawal thinking the waiting time will be shorter. Now I see everyone is receiving Skrill and I'm already waiting for 8 days for my Neteller cashout . I'll keep you guys informed.

I've been grinding on Cake for the past year or so and wanted to switch to Lock because of these crazy promos that are going on. Now I'm not so sure what to do. I've been getting steady withdrawals via skrill for a year now on Cake. The standard time frame seems to be a week for a max withdrawal. Is the max on Lock also 10k? Is anyone getting consistent withdrawals via skill on Lock? What should I do? Should I just keep playing on Cake? It seems like the promos on Lock are too good to pass up.

It looks like ROW players will have to deal with cashout processing times of several weeks for Neteller as well as Skrill...No improvements, no statements one could accept or believe, no support...just plain incompetence...

It's just sad...

rather stay on cake or change to another revolution skin with good promos. lock has the worst support of all time

My last Neteller withdrawal took 5 days of witch two days where weekend days, so they don't count, so 3 days, one day slower then normal. Just because you live in a country that has some strict online gambeling laws(germany) doesn't mean the rest of us are having problems. I mean What did you expect from a site that does not have a E.U. online gambeling license. There license is from Curacao(Island 40 miles of the cost of Venezuela) witch is part of the Netherlands, but not a part of the E.U.(weird i know), mabye that's why my cashouts are mutch faster then yours. And as for support i emailed them about the delay with my withdrawal and got s anwers within 20 mins, so don't know what you're problem is with lock but think it has more to do with you then with lock poker....

+1000. I'm getting instant cashouts on PokerStars with Skrill and Neteller and never waited more than 3 business days on any other site in 6 years. So stop posting your stupid argument with gambling regulation and **** because it has nothing to do with this.

Well pokerstars has a E.U. licence, and a lot of other sites do to, but LOCK does not have a E.U. licence, so it's harder for them to find a payment processor, that will do that for them. stop comparing lock to pokerstars, there not in the same league. but what is the reason according to you? please enlighten me.

Well.. cashouts are fast for him, but not for you, cashouts are fast for me also (took 2 days for my Skrill cashout on Lock). I do understand why he's trying to come up with another reason for yours to take long than Lock failing - why aren't they failing on our cashouts, after all?

Got a max C/O after 15 days. After talking w/Rizen and Shane was able to receive with in 24 hours. Thanks guys. Hope to see things continuing to improve at the Revolution.

What is the max cashout? Is it 10k like on Cake?

Actually I don't think my country of residence has any influence on this. Neither has their licencse.

1. I know people from various countries such as i.e.the UK (where it should be no problem at all) or Scandinavia that are waiting for their money as long as I do.

2. Other pokerroms acting in the same environment as Lock (like i.e. Merge) take 24-48h max. Even other skins on revolution having the same licence from Curacao are processing a lot faster.

3. The fact that some people receive it faster after contacting Shane or Rizen is just incredible. It basically shows that they CAN do it fast and that they have influence on the processing speed but they generally just don't give a ****...

4. Support is arbitrary and processing times completely random as is their CSR (Although this got a lil better for most, I am still waiting for a response to my mail from 2 days ago).

I could go on, but i am tired of repeating the same stuff over and over again... Especially because it doesn't seem to have any effect at all. Neither on you or anything that Lock does...

Big Skrill cashouts are taking weeks lately. This is bad.

wow 2 weeks for neteller, i knew skrill was taking a bit long, now neteller is delayed, i haven't heard about neteller withdrawals being processed on other sites either, a little disheartening for ROW players.

Cake poker had cashout problems similar to this before lock bought them maybe them buying cake has brought them down to there level of cashout speed and cakepokers problems were clearly money related they were relying on rake to cashout player funds.
Also waiting 2weeks+ on neteller for rest of roll, decided to deposit some off neteller and withdraw instead of using moneybookers but hasnt seemed to help any at all.
