Wow, there's some really sick waits still going on for ewallet payouts still......

Anyone whose been waiting 40+days make sure your giving support plenty of ****ty emails, it REALLY seems to speed up the process! You'll get the standard 'we're experiencing some delays' etc BS from support but when you can finally get forwarded to the cashier team they seem to take you more seriously and with enough pressure on them you'll get the 'your withdrawal will be processed in the next batch' message. A mere <14days wait after that and you'll get paid.

Main thing is KEEP PESTERING SUPPORT IT DOES HELP!

The only thing that happens when you constantly bother support is bombing support with tickets. Of course one wants to know what is going on with long wait cash out requests but bear in mind that with every email to support a ticket is generated and that can easily lead to a massive backlog on tickets and duplicates.

Anyone recognise a pattern?

Start at the bottom back in August and work your way up to 9 months later.

Same old s*it coming out of lock hq.

Huge improvements have been made.

The cashier team are working to improve this over the next few weeks.

The cashier team have promised me big changes.

Tough for me to reconcile this with Shane claiming that cash outs times are improving and that the back logs are clearing. I mean it says pretty clearly right there its a backlog.

If that was the case why would support send this email, and why would the recent cash outs all be cancelled.

I received that email over 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. My cashout is from Feb 16th
