Can someone explain to me why you guys are playing on a site that takes 60-100 days to pay out when the non USA payout issues began 9-10 months ago?

I don't understand as to me it looks like it's FTP all over again. I feel for you guys but if your non USA why are you playing there? They went from 2 day cashouts, then 7-14, then 3-4 weeks to the mess I see now.

I tried to cash out in February and when I check transactions in player admin all I see is:

Player transferred funds to casino account
-x,xxx.xx

Then I go to Lock Casino and there's no money there obviously...so is my withdrawal even being processed or what? I tried to talk to Live Help they gave me the run around. I'm not asking for Skrill withdrawal immediately...I just want to know if it's in the queue or not or did my money get jacked or something?

Requested Skrill withdrawal February 14th. I was told it took "around 14 business days". I received it on April 5th. Pretty good considering what I read in this forum after requesting it. Then again, it was a small amount, and the same amount I had deposited a few weeks before requesting the withdrawal.

And yea if Lock can keep withdrawals coming people will play again. I have horses who would love to play there but it's still too risky in my eyes.

Anyone have suggestions as what to do in our situation?? Only idea I have is after a certain number of days to cross post this with the internet forum. Make a thread explaining how Lock scammed/robbed us of $10k.

I'm not going to do this yet, as I think there's still a reasonable chance of them correcting whatever error has happened and pay us. What's an appropriate amount of time to wait before concluding that Lock is keeping our $10k??

Shane, I thought the cashier team was getting on top if things for ROW withdraws after receiving my last cash out requests on record time. I wish this would have held up...

Ok I have reached 2 Months Waiting. 61 days .

This is just too crazy . I dont want to think about people that need the lock cash to pay bills. Because that means trouble.

For a long time . No one with a big withdraw posted in where.

Im affraid of the future of lock. And I dont like to think negative. But this can be one of the cases of a dark future.
