3 Months is just crazy. That is absurd. That looks like your payment got lost. Or something. That is no reason for the processor dont pay you since already other people after you got the cash. Is just to strange .

This is my friend's withdraw, and for the last two weeks of the withdraw, it has been on the "In Progress" stage, which is funny because here is what the "In Progress" stage description is on their website.

"Your request is 'In Progress' and our team is awaiting confirmation from the payment processor regarding the fulfilment of your request. Normally, your request will not be in this state for more than a few minutes."

Nothing we can do other than sit here and wait with nothing but vague, generic responses.... :/

As for my own cashout, it was made on Feb 20th and it is still on the "Requested" status.

Normally it takes 1-2 weeks from it to go from "Requested" to "Under Review", then another 1-2 months to go to "Authorized", then 3-7 days to get the money.

If the first step is any indicator of how long the next steps have been elongated, I'll be waiting at least four months for my money, if it is to arrive at all.

Also, I don't appreciate the bold faced lies of your emails saying it will be authorized and sent out in the next batch.

Not being a grinder/pro whatever, all this has me concerned. I deposited a few hundred dollars back in June 2012 via NETeller while visiting the U.S. I played some then and recently played another 400 or 500 games from my home in Mexico. For reasons not related to poker, I needed to withdraw $400 (most of my balance) back to my NETeller account. The following showed up a few days after the initial request which I made via customer service as the withdrawal option was not working.

I suppose since that report is regarding a $10,000 withdrawal, I was hoping $400 might be easier to process. I've confirmed that all my account information matches the information on my NETeller account, which I've used for years.

Shane, what can they be reviewing that would take over a week?

I requested a moneybookers cashout 2 months ago, still waiting! I emailed support every day and all they do is lie to me. I even tried to message the LOCK PROS via twitter.
