Is this a skrill problem or a lock problem Maybe Shane or Risen can shed some light on this and when it will be fixed

it's Skrill i use neteller no problems max 2days(weekend) most of the time its within 24hours. people please stop saying lock sucks, because it's a good site, i mean you people make it sound like it's some big scam site, hate this so much, you whino's are 0'001% of the people playing on lock but are ****** it up for the rest off us, I mean have you check your account on Skrill, any problems there, is your account verified on lock? before you come crying here, do you're research, i did that's why i always use neteller its fast and trusted on every site i played on.

lol bobo try waiting more than a month with no response for moneybookers cashout that usually takes 1-2 days to get and support doesnt give any response other then their standard i will talk to cashier team so yes to me lock poker is one of the worst sites i have played on

On June 30th Skrill took 2 days so I assume I am verified and this is a new problem. I got a response from support on another question so that is progress. I like lock and would stay if this gets fixed. I expected problems in this transition If the transaction is authorized is a Lock problem or Skrill?

Dude, sry but thats just BS. I am playing online since 2006 and used Skrill as well as Neteller pretty much since it was available. I always verify my accounts and have contacted Skrill before I even posted on here. I also waited for like 7 days for my first cashout without complaining. But 7 days (for my 2nd one it is 14 now) is BY FAR the longest processing time I have ever experienced and simply unacceptable. So people have the right to complain about it and inform others that their cashout processing times for ROW players atm suck as hell!

And if Skrill states, that they contacted Lock and have been told that "it will still take some time" without giving any reasons, we can safely assume that the problem is on Lock's end, where Skrill has no influence...

And btw, usually it is Skrill>Neteller and it's not even close as a VIP on Skrill in terms of fees, processing times and service. So please stop acting like you're talking to complete noobs here. Because you're not

My Skrill VIP Host just called me and asked if it is correct that i just cashed out 5 days ago because that's what Lock told them...I cashed out 2 weeks ago and am wondering why Lock is saying something like that ?! They said I should wait until the end of the week and then get back to em again in case it hasn't been processed.

This should be priority #1. Making non US cashouts fast is probably the single best thing Lock can do for all players.

Yeah but its not so much the whole cashout procedure. I'm hearing Neteller is max 2 days.. they seem to have issues both authorising and processing Skrill/Moneybookers. But people are getting payments after a while it seems.. I really hope Lock will comment on the issues soon.

it seems my cashout to skrill was approved on the 16th , but my history just wasn't updated so its showing as requested still. No sign of money still. I'm guessing this means i can't cancel it now

Andy that is always aproved. It takes a few minutes for that info show up. Telling is aproved in lock part. From the times I did withdraws. That is diferent from getting the money. That for me means the process of withdraw started and you need to wait a lot of time.


If anyone that have netller can do a run test . And post it . So we see if this is a lock/moneybookers problem . Or is a lock problem I will be thankfull.

I have a Skrill cashout in process since July 12th and yesterday I decided to withdraw the rest of my roll via Neteller. I'll report how it goes...
