Has anyone from Lock provided a reasonable answer as to why cashouts to Skrill/MB are taking 4-5 weeks when every legitimate site is getting them done in <48 hours? Is there a legitimate explanation or is this likely to be a cashflow problem?

Just got my max withdrawal to skrill, requested it on Nov. 1, it's the fastest I've gotten a withdrawal. I guess things are looking up a little bit for me, hope it keeps getting better. I requested another just now I'll update when it goes through.

it was max (10k)

I requested a withdrawal by Check. I received the confirmation email on 9/29, but have not heard from them since. It's been almost two months now, and absolutely no word from them on the processing of my check.

Is this normal??? Who do I contact?

I don't want to keep playing if I'm never going to get my money!

No idea. You shouldn't really even be able to make more than 1 withdrawal request at once. Funnily enough, i also have 2 pending right now: One from 22 October, and another one from 9 November (both Skrill). I asked support, and they told me because "my other one is almost completed, i could request another one already".

"Almost completed" .. at 9 november xD just 14 days extra already.

Just to confirm this man's statement:

My withdrawal requested: October 18th
My withdrawal received: November 23rd

Withdrawal method: Skrill
Withdrawal amount: $5297 USD
Received amount: $5127 CAD (My skrill is in CAD)
In Skrill when I go to transfer funds, and select USD, it displays my balance as 4998$ USD.

So roughly the cost of my withdrawal was $300. Not only did they take 1 month to give me my funds, but they also stole 300$ on the way? That's 5.6%.. Is this a joke? Cashing out the rest and done with this!

yes you need silver. if you have an affiliate ask if he can negotiate smaller requirements for silver

btw 2.5% is the usual fee for bronze (silver and up is 1.75)

i cant explain ivans 5 % tho wtf. maybe it was converted twice?

I requested 240 10 days ago,still status Requested 240.00 USD Skrill.
Dont loose hope. The e-wallet withdrawal should be in 24 hours, dunno why ,but @ Lockpoker it sucks. Last one was 200$ withdrawal, took me 6 business days. So 7-14 business days should be ok. Let's wait few more days and see what's happenin.
