** Unofficial Lock Poker [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread**
Hey everyone,
I thought it might be a good idea to have a separate tracking and discussion thread for non-us players withdrawing funds from LockPoker. Reasons are that we use different methods such as Skrill or Neteller and that we gain a better overview instead of mixing everything up in the other cashout thread that mostly deals with US-specific problems. My first cashout using Skrill took 7 days, which is pretty slow imo. I requested another one via Skrill again yesterday and am waiting for it to arrive. There also might be a difference between different payment methods, because a friend of mine received his funds within 24h using Neteller. Thus, it could be interesting to compare different methods and share thoughts and experiences. |
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
Two cashout experiences via skrill.
First approved in <24hrs. Second approved in approx 3-4 days. |
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
My last skrill cashout took two days. Not the fastest but acceptable imho.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
Requested a 50$ cashout 4 days ago to test speed, hasnt been approved yet. Did you all have to send in documents before or not?

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
I am also still waiting for my Skrill cashout that I rerquested 4 days ago. Would be nice if they could speed this up bc for europeans using ewallets it should be much faster imo.
Btw I have verified my account back when they still were at Merge. Dunno about verification procedures with the new network though. |
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
i use neteller, and takes max 2 days, nice speed, i have made at least 5 cashouts in june/july without a problem, but stil waiting for my cashout i mad on 13 july, but its weekend so can't complain that's normal. I give neteller cashouts on lockpoker a 7.5. Ladbrokes takes 6 hours(8), Jokerstars about 5 min(9.5) and if you really want the stone age experiencie go for 888.com. They can work much faster but for some reason hold you're money for 2-4 days hoping you hit cancel withdrawl and gamble it away. so for me lockpoker neteller withdrawls are working out pretty good.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
I'll definitely try Neteller for my next cashout. Seems they're processed faster...

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
For those that have been waiting a long time, are your withdrawals listed as "authorized" in the system?
My 4 figure Skills have been authorized for almost a week. Will update when they are received. |
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
hmmm dont like to see this, I am also waiting for cashout and I requested another 1 now that the 1st one has been authorized. (MB)

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
Wow, this gets worrying. Especially because it is impossible to get help via support.
For me it is 7 days now after my cashout has been approved. Still no money in my account. Last time it arrived on day 7, which is btw the longest processing time I ever had in my poker life. Can't imagine how bad US players must feel, waiting for their checks. Or you Voll: a month is simply unacceptable. I mean I really enjoy playing on Lock, but with all these current issues, I guess I'll move somewhere else soon. |
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
what can we do anyone ever gotten through telephone call?
|
Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
Send emails or PM's to Shane and their support as well as to your affiliate (if you have one). Their payment processor has a phone number but you can just leave a message on voicemail there and I doubt that they'll ever call you back...

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
support has stopped emailing me back they used to email me back within 24 hours shane just says hell contact someone starting to think to just forget about that money

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread
This is weird i have made 7 withdrawals between Juni/July without a problem, im using Neteller and have a verified account on lock and Neteller. All withdrawals have taken max 1-2 days some even within 12 hours. So mabye you should email Skrill, get your account verified or just switch to Neteller.
