The current quoted time frames are 7-14 business days, we had a lot of people getting theirs at the back end of this timeframe but in the last week we have had players getting these at the lower end of this timeframe.

Ok Shane, I don't know why you would set yourself up for more complaints if you didn't believe what you have said above and what you just posted on the Cashout Issues - Time to Wake Up thread.

I want to believe you, so I'm going to, but be sure I and others will hold you to these statements in the near future if they don't start to materialize.

I'm at day 8...the lower end of your stated time frame...with the back end of the time frame approaching quickly.

My previous 2.5k Skrill payout took exactly 14 days from request date...so, it seems the cashouts are getting worse , not better... at least for me.

It's ridiculous 14 days to do a e-wallet cashout. Any other poker site i've been playing never tooked more than 24-36h.. Pokerstars allways did it in less then 12h.. This is unbelieveable..

Anyway i've been Reading what you guys been saying and i'll post here the day i recieved my Money in my Neteller account.

Even worse is not allowing to make a 2nd withdraw when 1 is still pending. That way you could save time between withdraws.. this way it's just a terrible service by LockPoker.

Im thinking of starting to play on Lock again, although it appears lots of non usa players having trouble with withdrawing threw to e-wallet? Are there many people using Neteller and how long have you been waiting?
When i previously played i cashed out twice one took about 5 days the other about 10 day.
Why does it take so long to cash out to e-wallet? Poker stars has been instant for me and on party poker it was up to 48 hours.

so fist guy says it should be here now, well it's not, second guy says probably Saterday,But he also mentioned a ''technical issue'' that has been resolved,so now Neteller withdrawals will tax a max of 3 workday, i hope it's true, but don't want to get my hopes up.

I'm at day 10 for my latest attempt to get my Skrill cashout.

No notice of approval....it went from pending to approved, which was when i got it. nothing in between.

Just requested a withdrawal for the first time on Lock via skrill, I'll let you guys all know when it goes through. I used to play on Cake and they would almost always take exactly a week.

Requested payout of 7k via Skrill on July 18

40 days later, cash is put back in my Lock account due to "inputting error".

August 28 - Resubmit payout request via Skrill.

Sept 4th - Email Shane who assures me that e-Wallet payouts are taking 7-14 days, with some being done at the lower end of the time frame and things steadily improving.

Shane says the following to me when I remind him that I already waited 40 days,
"I remember this, Im surprised they didn't mark it priority already.

Ive chased them up to make sure its at the front of the queue."

So between being put at the front of the queue, cashouts taking 7-14 days at the most, and things steadily improving, I expected that 13 days later I would have my money.

Unfortunately not. I've emailed Shane again for an update and am waiting for a response.

This is like a dream where one tries to run but can't go anywhere.

I requested a withdrawal, and asked support for timeframe with neteller and got told 2-7 days. Let's hope this is true!

I waited 40 days before that before Lock acknowledged an "inputting error" and put my funds back in my account.

You emailed me last week and said you would put my cashout request to the front of the queue, because I waited so long already.

So despite supposedly being put at the front of the queue, and waiting beyond the 14 days I still have no money.

So why should this guy believe that he is going to get paid within 7-14 days when he isn't at the front of the queue or believe anything he is told?

Are you hoping he will just "hurry up and wait" for another week or so, and then complain again, and then get another promise and more delay?
