Today is Day 40 since my original cashout request to Skrill / Moneybookers for over 7K.

Obviously, all I really want is my money, but to make matters worse, they "Lock", can't even be bothered to provide any explanation for why it is taking so long.

Is it because they're overwhelmed due to the switch from Merge?
Are they understaffed?
Are they having financial issues?
Who knows!

I don't know what the reason for the delay is but a "normal" business would apologize to the customer during such a delay and give an explanation.

If they did that most reasonable customers would accept that "stuff happens" and will be okay with it as long as they're regularly updated and not IGNORED.

However, as it stands, we get no explanation for the delay, no estimation of how much longer we should expect to wait, and no apology of any kind.

So we are left to sit and wait and wonder if we will ever be paid, dumbfounded at the lack of respect we get after choosing Lock as a place to play and spend one's money.

Then there is this "Shane" & "Rizen" guy, who comes on the forum periodically, and may or may not respond to requests for his help at his whim. Why even bother responding to anyone if the result is more of nothing. No explanation. No timeline going forward....and NO MONEY!

I wont be playing on lock and generating rake until the cashout speed gets upped, its basically generating a freeroll for lock on interest and not good. Real shame, the network was making real progress and i dont understand how the wait time can go from 3/4 days to 20 (or 40 in the case of Discipline).

Update: Received email from Support today,

Hello,

It turns out the payout was cancelled by Skrill. And after review the payout details, I see that the following email was inputted to pay too, (my email but missing one character) Unlike your email (my email here) , it has only 1 "O". Is this the correct Skrill account?

Your $7274 payout has been credited back to your Casino account. Please submit a new payout ensuring that the info submitted is correct and we will process it as soon as we can.
All my best,

Elle

So on one hand I'm thrilled to see that apparently my money has not fallen down a Black Hole and is in fact, back in my account.

On the other hand, I now start from scratch again.
I've resubmitted my Skrill cash out request and now the waiting game has begun anew.

I know better than to think that Lock will give my request any kind of priority, despite the error or the delay, so I'm back in line like everyone else.

It's amazing how good I feel about this development despite the fact that it's basically a "hurry up and wait" response, but given the delay and lack of information before this, it's a relief.

And all though I don't know for sure, I suspect that Shane may have had something to do with this issue finally get resolved to this point....so thanks Shane if you had anything to do with it.

I will update again as this new cash out request progresses.

This is getting ridiculous.

Terrible support, extremely slow cash outs.

Here is my situation

This will be my second cashout on Lock. My first was for 2k and took about 40 days for a check to arrive. Now I am on my second and it took them over a month just to process the transaction. Also I just received an email from support yesterday stating this

Hi,

Our apologies. There was an unexpected delay with our processors however please expect your check to approve early next week. For this inconvenience we have added a $30 bonus to your Casino account which you can transfer to poker if you'd like via your Cashier. Thank you for your patience.
All my best,

Quinn

As I understand it, in this thread discusses all but US players.
Then I have a question.
How do you make a deposit using a credit card?
After moving to the Cake network, lockpoker absolutely fell in terms of support, because all deposits before I committed to the line and everything was fine, and now I can not do this!

So, is 14 days about the average time for SKRILL payouts now?

My last 2 have taken exactly 14 days..but both were 2.5k.

I want to do a 5k payout next week, but I'm a little worried it may taken even longer than 14 days.

Seems like LOCK is having cash flow problems...makes no sense for an ewallet pmt to take 14 days

I hear INTERTOPS poker has their own cashier, thus, payouts are much faster, 2-3 days via SKRILL.

can anyone confirm this?

ATTENTION SHANE!

This is a straight forward question that you could put to the Cashier dept for the benefit of all affected players.

Lock Admin Support FAQ pages says,

How long will withdrawals take to process?

E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed within 48 hours and Check withdrawals are processed on Monday and Thursday each week.

Well it's obvious from the posts here, that E-wallet withdrawals are not taking 48 hours or anywhere close to 48 hours.

So that said, please do all of us Non-US players a big favor and update us as to what is the current answer to the question:

"How long will it take for E-wallet withdrawals to be processed?"

E-wallet withdrawals are what Non-US Players use and by getting an answer and posting it here, you could avoid a lot of unnecessary emails to Support, Cashier Dept, yourself, etc.

Thanks again.

I, and I'm sure many others look forward to your reply.

P.S. Even a reply of "The cashier dept has no idea how long it will take for an E-wallet withdrawal", is better than no reply at all as long as the answer is the truth.

The current timeframes on eWallets are 7-14 days.

The cashier team are working to get these times and have targeted late next month for getting things back to where they were. We have already started to see some improvements in cashout times and this will continue through the coming weeks.

Thank you!

I appreciate the reply.

My Skrill cashout request is almost a week old now.

Therefore, based on what you've said above, I should expect my money within a week at the most, given that you've said that cashout times are improving.

I hope this is true and I will update everyone here as to my situation within the next week to see if the times are accurate or not.

Cheers!

I asked Shane a couple days ago the following question:

"How long will it take for E-wallet withdrawals to be processed?"

This was his reply yesterday, "The current timeframes on eWallets are 7-14 days.

The cashier team are working to get these times and have targeted late next month for getting things back to where they were. We have already started to see some improvements in cashout times and this will continue through the coming weeks."

So it appears that his reply was more BS. Looks like cashout times are not improving, but rather getting longer.

Can we believe anything we are told by Lock & Co? It appears not.

I'm on day 48 waiting for my Skrill / Moneybookers cashout. Took them 40 days to tell me there was an "inputting error". I had to resubmit my cashout request and now I'm in day 8 of my next waiting period.

Wow...what a nightmare this has become. If I didn't have so much at stake...7k....I would just give up but I'm now looking at other options to get my money back.

Further to my previous post above:

I just checked back a few weeks on this thread and found this post from Shane on August 7.....which was a month ago.

The current E-wallet payout timeframe is 7-14 business days, we are working on bringing this back to what it was previously and I will update this thread as we improve to give you update timeframes..

So a month ago, it was 7-14 days and now a month later its still 7-14 days so obviously they have not made any progress in the past month.

Based on reports by users here, it's actually getting worse not better.

More proof that all these promises by Shane / Rizen etc are just that, promises. None of which appear to be coming true.
