was decided on whether to use skrill or netteller with lock, seems netteller is the way to go, no one has had any problems with netteller cashouts only skrill?

I have contacted Skrill in this matter too, telling them that lots of customers are switching to Neteller, because Neteller gets processed in 24-48h whilst Skrill VIP members have to wait sometimes for weeks. Got a reply within 30m that they will instantly investigate this issue and get back to me soon.

I also informed my affiliate as well as other affiliates I have used in the past about the current issues (not only cashouts) and asked them to put some pressure on Lock in this matter.

No idea if it helps but can't hurt, I guess... Btw, day 9, no cash: totally ruins my deposit plans in order to get some more bonus cash. Nh Lock.

Never a good sign when ROW players aren't getting speedy cashouts. There is no excuse for this. Case of liquidity problem imo.

Well it's not. I thinks this is a problem with Skrill/moneybookers, never had a problem with Neteller. so stop saying stupid things like liquidity problems. made 7 withdrawals with neteller in Juni/July all proccesed and recieved within 48 hours. change the nAme off the thread to Skrill/moneybookers problems,not all ROW players have cashout problems just the ones that use Skrill....

My first skrill wd took 3 days at the beginning of this month. My second is still waiting for authorisation 8 days after it was made. Someone at lock asked my affiliate if I'd left the site, as I'd made a large player tansfer and then a cashout. Beats me why they couldn't authorise it at that point.

yep still waiting myself. Ive actually traded a big chunk of my money off the site which has cost me a few $ but sure I wont be back anyway so its a one time fee.

3 weeks ago i requested a 50$ cashout as a test. it was authorised 6 days ago, still havernt receieved it.. 8 days ago requested a new payout of 230$.. hasnt even been authorised yet.

Whats going on?

Why would it be in your interest to not process these things quickly? I feel like i cant trust the site anymore I might need to get all my money off because I need steady cashouts.

If they would process my cashout faster I wouldnt be frustrated and demotivated and wouldnt stop playing and certainly not be leaving...absurd logic imo...
But at the moment I am just a little pissed off and dont really enjoy playing worrying about my money. And I only cashed out a tiny portion of my BR, so it can't be because I am presumably leaving...
