No its not. WH refunded me because they had issues. Also earlier in the thread a support employee admitted they had problems. And dont begin about processors.. I've got an i7-6900k

Anyone else having disconnection problems on Titan ? It happens daily and last for 2-3 hours. Not good.

Ipoker has disconnected frequently for me since the new software was released. I could play 1 table and it would still be laggy and disconnect frequently. Have a decent PC setup(i7, lots of ram etc) so there's no reason for the lag.

I gave up trying to fix it a long time ago, tried everything possible apart from switching out for new parts on PC.. was still able to use the old software without issue until recently when a forced update to latest client came in.

Strange thing is that even if I just have the client open it will cause a lag between me choosing actions on OTHER poker sites and the action happening, like it's causing network lag on my end somehow. Had a friend play on my connection on a weaker PC without issue so I believe it is hardware specific in some way, but not related to hardware being weak.. anyway I don't play ipoker anymore due to this and have lost faith in their ability to resolve this. They must have lost countless customers due to people having similar issues.

I have i3 dual core with ssd, w10 and have no problems with betfair, 888, party and stars. Do you have ssd or hdd?

Same problem today so Titan is a joke now, I might switch to Betfair and try the new software instead.

Yes Titan is the only room I'm aware of where you can choose between new and old software. But now with all the connection problems I'm giving up.

Are HUDs supposed to be working on titan poker or ipoker in general?

Hand histories aren't saved anymore with the new client. It worked fine with the beta client but now I don't even have a history folder. Waiting for a response from support. Anyone have the same issue?

I got a reply from support which was useless. According to them there is supposed to be a history folder under c:\Users\... which turns out to not be true.
I found it under c:\program files (x86)\(site)\data\(username)\History\Data\Tables

Does anyone else use Bolye poker (another iPoker client)? I can't see the dealer button currently. Disappeared after an update the other day.
Boyle support said there hadn't been an update even though I saw the client downloading new files. They said they hadn't seen the issue before and didn't seem interested in helping.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I'm using Windows 10. Can someone else test Boyle Poker on Windows 10 to see if they can see the dealers button? I'd be very grateful.

Im having the same problem with the Titan update to the new software. I also emailed support and they told me the same thing. Glad to hear im not the only one.

The preflop pot button is also not working correctly.

I was able to get hand histories to work by using the 'Auto Detect' function in HM2 (for Titan).

Is there a work around for Titan yet with a mod or something, to get the button back?
