Are you sure its CPU related? Somehow i got rid of this issue but then stupidly re-installed the software to try and resolve the HUD not updating and tournament results not being imported correctly with PT4 and now its back; all with exactly the same hardware?

I really need to get these issues fixed so if anyone know how to resolve them please let me know

Which issues? Crashing is one problem, disconnecting is another, HUD not updating and needing to use table finder is another, tournament results not properly reporting is another

If your only issues are HUD and tournament results related to mtts, there is nothing that can be done, hm2/pt4 take months to put out relevant updates for non stars sites, by the time everything works as it should ipoker puts out another update and it's back the square 1. I've dealt for years with these problems wrt to hm2 and sites like party poker and ipoker, I used the send daily error reports but it's pointless, if it's not stars their update times are just way too long

Anyone here have a hud working on betfair or paddy power speed tables?
My hud works fine on the normal tables but on speed the hud only appears on one table, the positions are wrong though. HEM2 gave me loads of things to do that don't work. On the PT4 forums they say there's a bug on the ipoker speed tables and the hud won't work on any skin.

For anyone experiencing import/HUD problems with PT4 I solved mine by downgrading to version 4.14.18, after the support suggested it obviously.

The speed poker HUD issues though can't be solved at the moment. According to PT4 support and I hope I am not misquoting them, Ipoker software for reasons unknown doesn't save all hands on the hard disc while you play speed and that pretty much ****s up everything. Personally, even the PT4 results I have on speed are way off the actual numbers.

Sorry should have been more clear. I get all of the mentioned errors but in regards to what you said was about the client crashing. It seems difficult for hardware/CPU to be the main factor because the issues went away for me and only came back after re-installing and i have the exact same hardware which makes me thinks its more software related

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice on my ipoker situation.
I'm and American who lived abroad from 2011-2015. I opened up and account on Will Hill from Canada and played there while i was out of the United States. However, in early 2014 Skrill stopped serving players that were based in Canada. In the middle of 2014 i moved to Europe and never bothered to change my account address. Because i broke even on ipoker for most of 2014, i never really had a reason to need a cashout. However, i'm now not longer living in Europe (i'm back in the United States) and just have about 8-9k stuck in my William HIll account. I have no intention to play on William Hill again and would just like to cashout my money. However, i was afraid of contacting them directly about my situation in fear that they might freeze my account as well as funds. Should i just call them and ask them for a 1 time cashout to skrill?

Any advice that you could provide would be really appreciated.

not sure how you broke even and got 8-9k in your account or how you never wanted to cash out when in europe or canada, something missing here. but obvious easiest choice is go for a weekend to mexico or something and open the client do that cashout.

or just loging to your account on the willhill webpage and do the cashout, not the poker client.

Obv just get a VPN and do the cashout.

I made $$ from 2011-2013 and was performing regular cashouts. I began 2014 with 8-9k left in my account, and broke even for the remainder of the time that i played on the site. I was playing 2/4 - 3/6 on 4-5 different sites and doing well enough on the other sites so that i didn't need to cashout the funds that i had on ipoker to pay for living expenses. It seemed that in the off chance i'd go on a big downer, i'd rather have the fund available in my account as needed rather than to have to deposit and wait on funds. How am i supposed to cashout out, when my william hill account details are still registered to Canada and my only method of deposit / withdrawal in the past was through Skrill. I could take the trip to Canada or Mexico, but William hill will likely want a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Seeing as how i don't live in those locations any more, all i have are old utility bills and bank statements from the time that i was living there.

Forgot about that. Play some.. get the account back active. Transfer the funds to someone who can cashout and give them a cut. Just don't make it super obvious.. do a little at a time.

Even if decided to do that, which i wouldn't, by what method would i cash out?

I would take the trip to Canada and find a short term room , use it as proof of address, after all 9k is worth the trip.

I'm writing regarding Titan poker. Yesterday I opened the Titan poker software and was thinking about playing few hours. The software opened fine, but when i hit the button to login there was no response at all. It wasn't doing anything. So uninstalled the software and installed, and I did that few times, but it was still the same. Then I tried to login by downloading beta version of Titan poker, but when trying to login it was telling me that the password or username are not incorrect even thought I 'm sure 100% that everything was correct. So tried by doing forgot password, but never got email from them to change the password. And I tried again few hours later to login, and this time I didn't use their beta version then normal version, and site was working and the login was working fine, but now it was telling me that I have wrong password, and they locked my account. I tried again by doing forgot password, but no answer from Titan poker at all. I wrote to Titan poker at least 5 6 emails about the situation and still no answer from them. I even wrote to doc@titan.com, and would get automated email saying that they will get back to me shortly. I wrote to support@titanpoker.com at least 4 5 emails yesterday, but no answer. I even wrote to them this morning @ support@titanpoker.com, and plus wrote to doc@titanpoker.com and from them I at least get automated email saying that they will get back to me shortly. I have been trying to do forgot password again this morning, but no emails from them. And also tried to login with my password that I always used, and its still telling me that I have incorrect password, but my account wasn't locked. After trying to login with my password few times now again its telling me that my account is locked and to contact support@titanpoker.com which I been doing, but no answer from them.

Can anybody help me please and tell me what's going with Titan poker.

Probably time to try a little patience, which going by your post, it's not clear if you're able to do. Your thread title is pretty misleading given that it sounds like it's been <24 hours, and the number of emails you're sending is ridiculous. I suspect that one of the reasons it takes support longer to respond than people would like is because players like you email them 20 times in <24 hours, swamping them with emails. I get that the situation is frustrating, but go outside for a walk or something - sometimes it might take a day or two to get a response, and 20 more emails aren't going to speed anything up.

Ok. But they usually respond within 3 to 4 hours. And I'm done with sending emails to them. Hopefully they respond soon. Just wanted to see if anybody else is having similar problems. Thanks for the response. I will post here what happens.

Stars just took 4 days to reply to an email of mine, and to be more relevant the ipoker skin I use Betfair usually takes 2-3 days

I got a new monitor(3840x2160) and graphics card(GTX 1060). Now the Titan poker client is unusable because the mouse pointer jumps out of the table/window. This happens every time I move it to any clickable button. It doesn't happen in the main client window or in any other application. I can't even close the client without the task manager.
I have the latest drivers and reinstalled the client.
Has anyone experienced something like that? Can anyone offer a solution?

try it with just the 4k monitor connected and the others not. what also make sure to set windows scaling to 100% anything higher then that causes issues with the new ipoker client
