Anyone else unable to log into the William Hill client? Their whole homepage is slow as hell as well, are they getting DDoSed or something?

So it seems that ipoker has two versions of the software. I have an account with Winner but the software is so clunky and tilting that I can't use it. Which skins use the nicer (old) software?

is it possible to use custom card graphics in new ipoker client without using third party software ?
I cannot find any file with the graphics files. Particulary in Coral client.
I'd rly appreciate any help with this as Coral decks have too small ranks.

58k is not a small amount, I would think they would do some extra checks , be prepared to send them ID and documents. And let us know how long time it took.

anybody having problems with ipoker? I can't open any ipoker client, when i click on it only the first window appears and it is loading for a bit then it disappears but the lobby doesnt open, it is just in task manager under background processes. Windows 10, it was working normally yesterday and no new update has been installed...

Question about William Hill Poker:

I have just made an account there a couple of days ago to check it out, and using their welcome package I won some money and tried to register for tournaments and cash games. However, I am allowed to play only at the lowest stakes (cash game .02/.04 tournament 1.00 buy in), when I try to enter a higher stakes cash game, or a tournament over 1 euro buy in, I get the following message:

'Your account is restricted to play at other tables'

I attempted to speak with support, but they told me that it's up to the system blah blah blah, blah blah.

I figure this is a scheme on their part to get you to deposit, is this true? Can anyone explain?

You got some no deposit bonus right? I think that is restricted to those stakes. If so you need to grind x ammount of points to play other stakes.

I know that some skins offers tickets and no deposit bonuses where you have to get x ammount of points to play higher games. Just look at the tos of those tickets or wh bonuses to know more.

Crash for anyone else? I was deep in 2 mtts and all of a sudden the tables freeze and the lobbies close. I restart the client and see no mtts at all in the main lobby

Yeah it has crashed both my games one of the FT bubble GG I poker.

Every time i go back to play there it lasts a week there something like this happens and i stop for 6 months rinse repeat.

any idea what there refund policy is for something like this? Don't feel like waiting around my computer for the next 5 hours
