Been playing on WH for a bit, rake seems pretty high and the rakeback stuff (what you get from the shop) seems a terrible conversion for how much rake you need to generate 1000cps etc

wh is ~27%, other skins on ipoker offer higher % but are more risky/shady

I am currently playing on Titan with the old ipoker software. I have played on the new ipoker software using another skin, and I did not like it. Is there a way to keep using the old software by preventing it from updating once Titan eventually transition to the new software?

Hello there. I play on the Ipoker Network and would really like to hear other peoples' experiences of customer service at various skins before I contact Alderney the online gaming board about the issue.

In my experience it has been truly appalling.The live customer support end chats when they feel like it , do not have any knowledge or indeed the will to be helpful.They pass the buck do not take ownership of any problem and never ever is there a First Time Resolution.

The standard response to any problem is " no one else has reported the issue " and that's it.

This was even the case when they began to experience DOS hacker attacks. I had to get Virgin Media to do remote testing of my internet its connection and security and to send me a report that I then sent into Boylepoker before they finally admitted (after over 6 months ) that the issue was indeed not at my end.

Other than that we are told to email support who then despite promises either don't get back to you at all or reply way after their own allotted time with a meaningless reply often 0 to do with the issue in question.

Often I am told completely conflicting information just depending on who I speak to , attempting a player transfer recently resulted in the first operator telling me this could not be done but she would check . I Received an email 3 days later saying this was not possible.However during the next 2 days the next operator transferred money with no problem at all.

Since the latest update I have a new problem . I log in and within 30 minutes I get this message " someone with your username is already logged in you will now be forced to logout ". I am then logged out.

Again I speak to an operator and am told several others have reported this it is being looked at.I get no reply within the promised 24 hours. 4 days later I go to live support. They say they need a screen shot.

Another update on Wednesday and it begins again.This time I am ready and capture screenshots with times.I send in an email with the screenshots , the problems and times. Am promised a reply within 24 hours. 0 happens.3 days later I email again and am told " it must be your device no one else has reported it ".I know this is 100% untrue and have their own operators telling me others have reported the same issue.

All I am asking for is some level of service , for people to be proactive and to keep promises if they make them.

Apologies for the long winded rant. Please can anyone who plays at an ipokerskin such as Boyle poker ( the worst customer service I have ever experienced ) , Betfred Will Hill etc please let me know your problems and issues with customer service and I shall contact Alderney with them all.

Since the latest update has anyone else had this message ?
" SOMEONE WITH YOUR USERNAME IS ALREADY LOGGED ON YOU WILL NOW BE FORCED TO LOG OUT "
Happens to me within 30 minutes of logging in I am then logged out..Ipoker already informs me that no one else is in my account but I have updated the password twice and it is not saved online , my laptop and internet are super secure yet the issue persists.Ipoker intially told me others have the same problem now after the latest update at boyle poker on Wednesday it has begun again.I have sent them screenshots and the timeline.Thanks again for reading.Would be great to know if anyone has the same issue and any reasons / solutions.

In my experience, iPoker has some of the worst customer support in the industry. As you mentioned, poorly trained staff that have little to no understanding of poker and in many cases terrible English.

Huge gap in the market with Stars being run into the ground but the only site to really capitalize has been Party.

I have suffered through many live chat conversations with staff from ipoker sites.

In fact on Thursday at around 1pm I was told that they would need to contact the poker team for a response, but no matter what that agent would email me when her shift ended at 8pm even if it was to tell me that they had not yet got a reply. It is now Sunday morning and I never got that response or any contact since.

It doesn't sound right that you could complain about the many skins to the gambling commission in one complaint as each skin is responsible for their own customer service and it's their choice not to have competent staff.

I have found from my experience with multiple skins that their staff are mainly trained in sports betting and casino areas and that poker takes a back seat to their more profitable services. The live chat agents have to contact the poker team and await their help.

I had even emailed the poker team directly last week hoping to reach somene with a clue as I had not recieved a token for completing a mission. I had a reply back saying that I hadn't completed the mission after they checked my playing history. I had, took a screenshot, and uploaded it, showed it to live chat who then said I was right. So sometimes the actual poker agents can't review your playing history correctly.

Plus, over the course of a few months when I try showing them screenshots I upload they have said quite often they can't look at my link and to email them, presumably so it goes directly to the poker teams email. However, when they can help they can see my image in my upload links. Many times when they say they can't see it I chuckle to myself knowing full well they don't know what to do.

Another good one is when the mission completes and you don't get auto credited the token, live chat tell you they will come through at 12 noon automatically. They never do, but they still say it the following week. I tried telling them once I knew it was a lie and I would just have to contact them back later, which only caused an arguement.

The lessons I've learned:

Don't expect to get your problem fixed easily no matter how easy it would be to fix - multiple attempts may be required;
Some live chat agents know how to credit tokens and others don't - if they don't, expect a little white lie about it coming through later;
Do not argue with live chat agents - if they say it will come through after 12 do not say you know it is a lie and that their shift probably finishes at 12 so they don't have to sort it out themselves;
When you start a conversation on live chat, expect a comment like "let me check this for you" and then wait, wait a bit longer, just a little bit more, watch an episode of Game of Thrones, go back to PC, wait 5 min and then get a reply asking you to confirm your full name, email address, date of birth, and why aren't you on PokerStars?;

Anyway, I haven't named either of the two sites I've had my main customer service problems with as I'm happier now I've accepted a lower standard of service and than I would like.

So don't complain, let yourself die a little bit inside and give up expecting more.

Its the tradeoff for good games in this industry, put up with broken software and inept support and you will have quality games. Just look at party poker, it was an absolute goldmine the past few years then end of November they changed the mttt schedule to attract stars traffic, removed the 3.5% withdrawal fee to e-wallets, And increased promotions targeted at grinders, since then the game quality has nosedived.

but party does not have as many bots that change play style every 12hrs on the same account

I just rejoined ipoker a week ago and my signup on a rakeback skin got messed, ended up on betfair with a good deal though not amazing BUT their support has answered me within 2hrs over 6 emails now.

Gotta chose a good skin for good support, the skins that keep 1% to themselves after affiliate payment are not gonna be very helpful.

Yes, since last update I have a same issue and ocassionally my PT4 crashes. Last session I played with HUD turned off on iPoker and PT4 worked fine.
