Hello,
I am new to iPoker. I use bet365 skin.
I noticed that whenever its my time to act on any table no sound is played.
I play cash games, 4 tables, and have to constantly watch them all.
Is that normal, that when it is your time to act there is no sound?

Me too, I get no sound when it is my turn to act. I do get a warning sound if I take too long but I don't get and sound when it is my turn. This is a bit frustrating when multitabling many sites and also not good for other players always waiting for me to act.

Obv you need to create a new account. Would recommend BetFair as there rakeback is the best among all IPoker-rooms afaik.

Seems like the login problem is solved, but now the client crashs every 15 mins. Possible solutions ?

The solution for the crashing each few mins after some Ipoker clients update -> go to the task manager and set the priority for the process to "high"

Solution?

Just write in to customer support so that they can let you know there aren't any crashes with the client. Ez peazy... problem solved... there is 'no' problem.

Best thing about BC residents being booted from WillHill is no longer ever dealing with their totally useless customer support staff. Now that I've received my funds from my final withdrawal, I'd like to give a big f0ck you to WillHill. I only wish I could've freerolled another trip to Vegas before uninstalling you from my computer. F0ck you guys suck soooo bad!

I have a few computers. One is an older laptop with 4gb and I have NEVER had ANY problems on PartyPoker, 888Poker, Stars, FTP, Carbon, Cake, Intertops, ACR, BCP, etc. etc.... BUT have had problems on iPoker, each time they've had one of their 'upgrades'(<?) (although the old software with titan runs just fine for me).
Another is 8gb with i5 & SSD.. & the very same **** happens to me on it as both of the others.

I would really like to get this crashing issue resolved so would recommend we pool our cases together.

I will be contacting the support team directly to see what can be done about it

I do think lack of RAM is a highly likely cause of the issue because i am more prone to the crashes when i have more tables, software, media player etc running

Definetly shouldn't need it, but considering all sites other then stars/ftp are memory leaking unoptimized crap, have to compensate for these 3rd world softwarez. If u look at the party thread you will also see lots of people complaining about the software, and again I can run the table cap on it without any issues. Most of the premium huds recommend a quad core i7 8gb ram and ssd "minimum" that's like video game game min recomended requirements, as in it will function but its not the best experience

Can someone please point me in the direction of the rake caps?

Just played a 500 euro pot at 3/6 PLO HU and my tracker is saying the rake was 17.80 euros lol

That can't be right can it?

For me it won't find the twister table, so you have to choose it manually. Apparently they don't have the necessary information in the file with the hands. Before the latest update it was annoying but playable, as you could select the table once at the start of the game. Now it refreshes constantly and each time you need to select the table again! Its the same now at Netbet. I guess it will be with every skin after the latest ipoker software update. Maybe its worth contacting someone to get them to add this data to the hand history files.

Its too much for me, so I am playing hudless. So far it doesn't seem to have had a negative effect on my results.

I play 100% tournaments and currrently have my account in eruos though my bank account is in GBP

Ipoker say they don't charge withdrawal fees but maybe my bank does, anyone know what i can expect to get charged for withdrawing from euro account into GBP account?

Also is there any down sides to having the account in GBP; i heard cash games players would get "rounded down" whenever they cash out?

I dont know for sure, but the dates they advertise on the promotion fit in with Day 1a and Day 1b of a $1,500 WSOP event and they say a $1,500 tournament on the site not €1,350. It sounds roughly right that $1,500 is €1,350.

Did you win a package and get a €1,350 token?

If you did win a package do you get the €2,200 expenses credited to your poker balance or when you get to vegas?
