There is no 'betfair poker'... just like there is no ''Ladbrokes poker''... -Nowadays it is -One sportsbook support grunt that is given 15 minutes a day to deal with poker.

-What i said about timebanks -was prob slipped into betfair client for betfair's dirty grinders, by Playtech themselves.

Result of this all ? 21h GMT, 7k players total logged in to a network of all of them, and dissipating (all freerolls ended)...

Happens to me 2 or 3x/hr.
You can write to support a gazillion times.... they'll never acknowledge it & have little to no interest in trying to help you to resolve it.

Anyone have trouble with hand histories? I have checked the box to save hands locally but nothing comes up.. Support has given me a bit of a run around. I checked the folder that hands should save too, and it's empty. Any ideas peeps? FYI this is on Boyle skin.

I would start by checking if they are being saved in a different location, if you haven't already. Pokertracker at least should be able to find the correct folder automatically.

Probably not forever because i dont think they will make updates for this old client ,so if a problem will appear it's game over...

The new client saves HH in a different location .It's in data/screenname/history

Thanks heaps! Pokertracker was auto importing from the old HH file (hence why I wasn't importing any hands) Saved me alot of frustration!

Anyone has a issue trying to log in? On the new client? It seems that every button works except 'Login' or maybe you have idea how to solve it? It literally just do nothing

I have the same login issue -> I click on Login button but nothing happens, even when I wrote any nickname or password. I still waiting for an answer from support, please let us know if someone find a way to fix it

the 'login' boxes are skin specific as they are very different between the various skins, maybe you guys are on the same skin as i am able to login to will hill and betfair.

it appears that betfairs update yesterday fixed the timebanks finally, it was hit or miss early session for me yesterday but by the end of the session they were all working.

I managed to log on to net bet somehow. Not sure exactly what I did but I exited when it popped up with the log in screen automatically at the start then clicked log in to get the log in page up again and it somehow worked.

Good to read that mate, I didn't have response from support yet. If someone spot how to fix this problem let us know

I noticed that whenever its my time to act on any table no sound is played.
I play cash games, 4 tables, and have to constantly watch them all.
Is that normal, that when it is your time to act there is no sound?
