those of you not needing to use the table finder are you playing mtts or cash games? the table finder is only necessary for mtt's unless im doing something wrong still

So no more table selection? Can we expect the same on Netbet? I'm asking because I'm playing only for a few days there and if that's the case then I'm out.

Also quick question: when I made my account I chose USD as currency. Then I saw that the tables are in EUR. Am I getting f'ed a lot because of the currency conversion or not really? Should I worry? Thx

I'd say it is more or less inevitable for all skins to go to the new software sooner or later, so you may already look for another network that allows lobby bum hunting,

The absence of waiting lists doesn't equal the absence of table selection.

In fact, waiting lists were close to useless anyway because, whenever I was not the first on the list, I knew that the table would usually become bad before my turn to sit in, as fish is usually the first to quit.

No, there's no vig on currency conversion between your account and tables. The rate is the same when standing up as when you sat down.

The playtech/iPoker software has always sucked balls.... seems lightyears behind other sites. Game selection has become increasingly worse (tournament lobby just keeps getting ****tier & ****tier).

Do they realize how much they're f0cking up? Sure doesn't seem like it when you communicate (< probably not an appropriate word to choose here) with them. But anytime I've communicated with support, it just feels like they're there to help with Deposits & at best are sometimes capable of adding a Tournament Ticket to your cashier (when one is missing)... but for all else they're useless. The repeated response of "we'll forward that to the appropriate department" is always b.s. There seems to be a HUGE disconnect in communication between the pokersite's support staff & with the technical team on Playtech (ie. why is there never a rep. from any of the iPoker sites on the poker forums? ... or 'almost' never).

I actually tried to get used to the new software this morning but I can't see myself trying that for long. Certainly wasn't an 'enjoyable' experience.

I thought it was ipoker that scammed people everytime you played with different currency than your cashier. Took like a cent everytime you reloaded or something like that. Don't know if they changed that.

And you don't exchange to euros at a bad rate or anything like that? One more question: what is the rakeback at Netbet equivalent in procents? I can't seem to find no info nowhere. Tx again

It's solely a graphic display error - money amounts are always displayed as rounded down to an integer number of cents, but in fact, they're stored and processed with a much better precision.

Finding a deal that suits you the most is a skill that's as valuable as the skill at the poker table, so I'm not going to help anyone with that. If you can't find a satisfactory deal, it's your problem, stay back at Stars or wherever else.

If you can open a betfair acc in €. Prolly the best deal there is and you can get bumped to the highest vip level wit aff. Just post a request to the rb forum asking a betfair deal. I think it's something like 30-40 + races.

Has anyone playing speed tables managed to get the hud working?

I know about this deal at Betfair, it's pretty damn good. But I was curious about Netbet since I'm already here.

I had pretty bad experience with new software so far. Several times in a couple of short sessions tables just "froze" without giving me ability to click any of the buttons or lobby. It stayed like that until tables were auto-closed due to my inactivity.
Support advise was to set IE to compatibility mode for skins website (lol)

In all fairness i dont think the new software is too bad, i spent a bit of time navigating and customizing to how i like it and seems to be working ok, i had a few glitches iPoker seem to be sorting these out, few players I know seem to be leaving rooms to join others with old client but i guess if all rooms are forcing the switch by Monday there is not much point - different network maybe?

I think the new software sucks big time. Pokerstars will get my business now.
Is there a way to downgrade back to the classic software?

It does suck. I left pokerstars and have been on ipoker for 5 months now and I never thought I'd go back to stars, but it's looking more like it now.

I'm hoping at least one ipoker skin keeps the old client. We'll all end up there.

Its confirmed that every iPoker skin will have new client by 29th of the month - as 6+ is the new baby the classic software doesn't support this.

I hope you're wrong. I'm comforted by the fact that I have the paddypower poker new client with 6+ holdem and I also still have the old client working on my desktop. So hopefully they'll be happy having a 6+ client and the old client.

The new software is terrible - crashes when I open a new table, sometimes the lobby just never 'loads' the table list.

It is no 'new' they used the old client code for the 'new' software....
-Same specific little bugs in exact same places....
Same bugs same engine from the year, 2002. ...
Jump table to front doesn't work again.... in the same fashion...

Each repainting they are just intentionally making it as ***tty as possible to make fish play casino instead...

You can't remove slot icons by no means from tables...? That is the only New piece of code....

...... and my next question was - Is there any way of removing the slot icons from the table!

every site was running new and old, as Coral, 365 and WH shown you will be forced to new release. the new promotions launching Monday should see the disappearance of the old software - 3 iPoker network promos based around 6+ from 29th.

Speaking to a few guys i know play Hills/coral they left to join the classic download elsewhere but to there annoyance have a couple of days of classic iPoker left.

It is buggy but to be honest Ive played it since Tuesday and the bugs are being ironed out.
