Mandatory checks of fair play of SnG jackpot winners (without closing accounts, though) take about a week if not more; so I'd be more patient here too.

This is because tha software was written in 1980.

I think it happens after every microdisconnection / microlag (like every time after a table being opened freezes the client for 3 sec and someone acts during that time; that player's nick continues blinking until the end of the hand even though the act has been made). Don't pay much attention, just get used to this state of events

Fwiw, the bug has been around not since 1980 but since this year, I think, or late last year.

The love with iPoker is like with a woman: irrational, forgiving and embracing all the bugs

No coon74 will explain to you with a cute smiley, how 'microdisconnections' and couple seconds microlags occur at ipoker.

But he has hundreds of posts about how iPoker is not thAt bad and should be forgiven.
And he knows alot of insider stuff of Playtech...and it is bad.... butitshouldbeforgiven.
And how he actually loses a lot money to it... but it shall be forgiven.
And it makes you wanna kill it burn it and bury it in the woods , but it is your best option, so it should be forgiven.

No wait coon74 is right it is exactly like a love, with a woman.

It's funny that Stars regs find me a Stars fanboy and iPoker regs find me an iPoker fanboy. I guess I'm both, and that's because I like having options and I don't think that being angry with a poker site is constructive. As they say in Russia, 'Don't shoot at the pianist - he's playing as well as he can'. Plus, none of us is proficient at running a poker site, and we're barely involved in decision-making at the operator level. We can vote with our feet, but it seems to be ineffective, as it's all about the same in all places, for the reason called 'market efficiency'.

2+2 has taught me to be somewhat stoic. There are things we can't change, and only our reaction to them can be changed to our benefit.

Hi, could you please answer a few questions about Winpoker.
Are they still offering their site somewhere in Europe or anywhere else?
Is there any issues with paying their players?
Is there any issues with paying their affiliates?

I'm struggling to get any answer from the support, and I couldn't find any information about withdrawals at all.

Hi there.I like many other play on several different sites and networks.I play mainly mtts with a buy in of under 50$ specializing in mixed games.Over recent months there have been an horrendous number of disconnections caused by DOS attacks.888 has sought to at least bring in a number of measures including the pausing of games with regards to this but on Ipoker it has been a different story.
Until 10 days ago they still insisted I was the only person with a problem ( simply untrue ) and that I had had an internet connectivity problem .This was despite a Virgin Media technical team coming to my house and doing a whole series of remote , online and hardware and connectivity tests and even showing me how Ipoker skins were the only sites that would not allow me to remain logged in during the times of these DOS attacks.
The manager of Boyle poker finally admitted to me by way of an email that they had indeed been suffering the same attacks as those experienced by Party poker and 888 and I have now received some refunds after a week of waiting.
However ,The attacks have begun again over the last week.Customer support do nothing and just say they are doing everything possible to resolve the issue. They also refuse to acknowledge the attacks and worse still will not contact ipoker about them .Today in a game that had 71 runners 63 were sat out.
I check the tournament lobbies and the same is true in every mtt.Are the games paused? Is there an onscreen message with an apology and info. Do we receive an explanation or apology or email. No , live support refuse to contact Ipoker and the games are simply allowed to continue to run.
More worryingly , players are still being allowed to register for tournaments and sit down to play in cash games despite support admitting there is " a severe issue" .
So what do we the players do now?I cannot talk to or even email Ipoker directly ( even their one and only webpage with an email link has been down over a year at the time of writing ).Live support have no powers or authority and will not even acknowledge the issue. Even the online commission Alderney seem to be unresponsive about the issue.
It is amazing that in the current economic times that players are treated in this way.I cannot understand how Ipoker can be allowed to just run these tournaments and cash games when aware of the issues. Why after suffering so many attacks and receiving so many complaints are there no proper procedures in place together with apologies and on screen messages?
Apologies for the long winded rant but I needed to get that out of my system.Good luck to all online players
