Yeah, I have no idea what to think right now. Especially with reference to Full Flush Poker on the site. I have no idea when it went up. So a few observations, let me know if anyone else is experiencing this too. Under Download Software (want to see if my balance carried over), it just takes you to some like 404 error page when trying to download either Windows or Mac Client and unable to actually download the software. Also, have called the number, still automated, and using Full Flush name, but when pressing 1 for support, no answers. Hoping the fact that it may be back in different form is good for getting balances off, but I'm not also not trying to be an ideologue.

Yup, no software to download and trying login results to 404.
Their social media shortcuts are also connected to old FF pages, so its a new site?
Can;t be a new scam with old ID, although these guys have no shame

Here is the registration info. Note that RP.C has an actual name associated with it and isn't using a privacy company. It is hosted on different servers. And it was created back in February when things were looking up...

This registration info differs from that of Equity Network:

And note the curious last update to this registration info for Full Flush Poker.com:

Incredible, when entering the live chat the contact address is support@fullflushpoker.com, the feeling it gives me is that they want to start over as if they had no debts, but they are so dumb that they have forgotten to delete some reference to fullflush in The website, you can not imagine the frustration I feel right now that these scammers are starting a new scam as if nothing had happened

RP.C has been registered since February. I was unaware of its existence until it was posted here. I've looked, but can not find any prior screencaps of the site.

The site may or may not have had this information posted on it all along. It could have been cloned in February or it could have been slapped up recently with a copy of the FFP code. It will take more investigation to determine what has happened and when.

Do you think they have been sending an incorrect email contact address since February?

RP.C may never have gone live. It may have been cloned for a potential network partner, skin to target a different market, etc but never activated.

However, I'm looking and seeing these Aruba promotions in the slider. Which leads me to believe the cloning of the site took place at a later date than Feb 16.

Sent an email to the "24/7 live" support link on the page around this time yesterday, still have not heard back.

Old Full Flush used to at least get back within 24 hrs, even if it was a form email response.

The fact they haven't answered in 24 hrs is a bad sign, IMO. Probably just a dummy page they set up a while back.

All the e-mails I sent to royalpoker.casino support, payouts, etc... were all returned to me and never went through. I think the site was rather recently put up. Just my thought.

Typed a bit in haste, but my thoughts why this site recently put up (or had content added to it) because of just some basic googling of their past news articles they used to have on the Full Flush page. I am not very familiar with SEO or any of this marketing search engine mumbo jumbo, but after googling specific things (like my name, because I'm a narcissist) it would take you directly to the Full Flush news/blog section. And it is only within the last week that I googled the same thing that it started linking me to Royalpoker.casino I would imagine Royalpoker.casino would have showed up within first few pages of search results if the information had been on their website, but alas, it never did, only recently.

My speculation (pure speculation and just gut feeling) is that this is most likely being used by someone at Full Flush (or Full Flush team), who is currently under legal scrutiny, to skirt a legal loophole - possibly trying to prove the site is "not defunct" and delaying liens or charges being placed.

As of now, all e-mails were returned, no software to download, the site is now in just a basic format, the phone # goes through but to just a ringtone. Seems 99% the ship has sunk, maybe 100%, but I'm still interested to hear thoughts.

Kahn, you posted in the other FF poker thread that you went --- and had a meeting with the FF Staff when they 'changed ownership'

Since you are 'in the club' as they say.

What have those same people been telling you since?

I would take everything Kahn says with a grain of salt as he's been demonstrably dishonest about this, and we have a few years of posts to show it at this point.

You know the people who ran Full Flush. You claimed to have had sat down with them and have inside information, yet you won't even reveal who they are.

Also, the fact that you are still promoting professionalrakeback.com on other threads is a disgrace.

My attorney said he thinks they are attempting to steal the funds. If enough people join the Game Protect full flush litigation, his law firm can sue the company and its owners. Just google Full Flush litigation game protect

The law firm take 30% and you will get 70% of any amount they are able to collect.
The litigation proceeding is totally cost free for you.
That was gameprotect offer, but today I (and many others) receive a letter where we should pay 1500$ upfront to law firm.

Furhtermore, I have the sense that many players who are owed money would like to do me the work and have a free ride, this is of course not stimulating to me.

I was quite skeptical of Game-Protect and their law firm when I contacted them, and this e-mail from them yesterday only confirms that skepticism. I don't think this guy knows what a contingency fee basis is, nor what it entails. I would strongly advise against anyone sending this man and his firm $1500 up front to commence bankruptcy proceedings.

"The issue I have with the latter is that so far only a few players contacted me and the total sum involved at this time does not warrant our time, efforts and costs to work on a contingency fee basis." My gut feeling tells me this is not the case, due to the fact I know of several people (at least) with 5 figure balances who have contacted him and joined. So, at minimum (very minimalist guess) there is about $30,000-$50,000 in collective debts of players who have contacted him. Like I said, I'm sure there is more. For a man who claims that they will not simply advance $1500 in costs, then I find it hard to believe 30% of 30-50k is not worth it.

I Would be more surprised if it was a legit offer - on contingency
