I really had high hopes for this site. The one thing I REALLY don't like about poker is the Re-entry, it makes the play an all in game for the last hour before close. Carbon Poker have between 2 and 4 hours of re-entry BAH!! So FFP didn't and I thought NICE because I'm a tourney player and I like to primarily play the game and secondly the luck part. I soon realized that all FFP has are R/A BAH again!!!

The worst part is that the prizes start at the minimum entry so a 5$+0.5 turney will have bottom prize at 5$ NOT even the minimum!! I have wrote them trying to explain the game to them because when you do a R/A then you would expect that people would make an entry, a rebuy and an add-on maybe only a entry and an add-on. If you do the first then you have to get into 5th place to break-even and that doesn't make any sense at all. I checked other sites and no one has the prizes this way because it doesn't make sense!

If you sattelite up to a top tourney then you will realize that it's a R/A and now that ticket is not worth much if other people R/A.

Until they change it, I won't be playing there again. Now I'm looking forward to see how their withdraw works and if it takes up to 8 weeks to get the money back...

Can't wait til the American government opens up for online poker again so we have some to choose from and don't have to settle with sites doesn't feel like a ghost town when you enter!

If I sound a bit frustrated, it's because I AM!! but at least I live in SoCal so I'm not freezing my butt off ;-)

Have a great anything guys

Hi SantaCruz.

The clause you refer to is a network wide policy. It has been put in place to avoid rake back sites or others to come in, ask players questions about their rake back (or other incentives) and blatantly offering better deals on other sites or backdoor rake back deals.

Therefore the clause is nothing to worry about as "player".

No doubt that the payout structure and format for their MTTs is weird and different, and it can be frustrating. Still think there is enough value in the guaranteed events to make it worthwhile in the long run.
I can just vouch for using Western Union for deposits and withdrawals, it was about as quick and easy as you could expect considering the state of poker in the US.
Definitely not a rep lol just another suffering US player trying to find a place to play and treated decently. I was one of the losers that got stuck on Poker Dominicano/freedom poker/scam over the summer so just thrilled to actually get a withdrawal and responses.

Hi hocer.

E-wallets will be available very soon. There has been some delays in getting those online but I'm pleased to let you know that we're anticipating the integration any day now.

Any way to save hand histories?

Open any table and you'll see a hand history tab on the top right. Open that tab and then press the options tab. Another window will open that will let you save your hand histories.

I don't know why that would be. There's not much more than setting those options you can do. Maybe SandyTaylor can suggest something.

Hi Sailboats,
I am unsure why your HH won't save all your hands. SantaCruz already pointed you to the right option though it's a little hidden away. Have you tried increasing the limit of the hands kept in memory?

In case you're on IntegerPoker, please contact support so we can look into this for you.

I tried downloading open waters from 5d website on a Mac, and it says the file is damaged. I've tried multiple times, clearing cache, latest version of java, etc and it still won't open. Anyone have this problem?

Any chance PT4 and Holdem Manager work on this site soon?

If you are able to save hand histories then what is the issue besides it is a newer network?

HM and PT are just very reluctant to add new sites because of the work involved. The programmers have a hard time keeping up with fixing bugs and adding new features, so they don't see it as a good use of their time adding smaller sites to their roster. It's very unlikely that they'll add Equity anytime soon. It's always possible, though, that a third party might come up with a hand history converter.

At times I feel like SantaCruz should get paid for the continued support and advise in this thread.

ledn378,
Supporting HEM or PT is sadly something out of our control.

As SantaCruz has already stated it is up to HEM or PT to add parsing for EPN hands to their software. This has been already raised in the HEM Support Forum and unless enough customers request EPN to be added HEM won't be supporting EPN tracking.

Quote:
We don't have any short-term plans to add any new network support and when we do add new sites it is done by the popularity of the network and number of requests in our system for a particular network.
They might change their mind though if there is enough demand by their customers

I guess I can't blame them one bit considering the turn over rate of new US facing sites these days. Still, if a few more months go by and the traffic on this site is still increasing, I think it would be worth further thought. The traffic on this site isn't really bad for a new network that nobody really knows about yet.
