I will check with the network why you've been given this information. In general players can select to not display their info when creating their account. Thereafter the player profile can be only updated by contacting customer support.
Since you don't seem to be on IntegerPoker I would like to suggest contacting your skins customer support department again in this matter.

Insane rakeback deals are one reason. Another reason for failed network models would be insane network fees on operators or unrealistic network promotions and overlay heavy tournaments that virtually destroy the ecosystem.
