I agree with you. But the size of the player pool is a little bit deceptive. Equity uses Chico software. If HM or PT were to add Equity to their list, Equity and Chico would be added as one big package. Equity and Chico together actually have more cash games running than does the Merge Network. So in reality the total player pool is pretty large which should make it an attractive addition to those databases.

Interesting...I asked about adding Equity under the Pokertracker forums for updates and the mod there said "the player pool would need to increase significantly for unsubsidized support. If the network wished for support then they would need to contact PT4" (and I guess pay them).

According to the information I have on hand the rake is calculated by the weighted contributed rake principle.

All tables with blinds 0.05/0.10 and up
2 - 10 players $0.01 - $0.20 with a $3 cap

All tables with blinds under 0.05/0.10
2-10 players $0.01 - $0.10 with a 0.50 cap

I'll let Steel elaborate if he'd like. But anyone playing on equity should be very careful with security (don't do anything remotely stupid like let a friend login to his account from your computer).

I have been playing fulltime for 5+ years and am always very careful about not doing anything against the rules. I know for a fact I didn't do anything against the T&C. And can't call this anything other than theft.

Also, hearing 5+ other players (that I don't know) that had their account closed last week made it kinda obvious something is up.

I'm very thankful my affiliate has me covered. But it reminds me how you have zero control over your funds and can only hope the network is run by good people.

Between the ridiculous rake structure and the stories I'm hearing from winning players, I think all should be very, very careful with their bankrolls.

It appears the apple didn't fall far from the as it relates to the owners previous relationship with BOL.

Network is laggy today...ive been timed out of a couple of ring game hands

put in a deposit, site seems pretty decent, ran into quads within first 10 mintues....guess its the same RNG as the rest haha

Clive Archer, founder of EPN served as the CEO of BOL, at one point. I believe it was not at the same time shady things were happening at BOL, but I'm not certain of the timeframe.

Interestingly enough, BOL has a history of confiscating players bankrolls with no explanation.....

Regarding payouts at Full Flush Poker, here are what they want:

As part of our security procedures, we will require the following info from you:

1. Front and back copy of your picture ID
2. Font and back of the credit card you used to make deposits
3. A utility bill showing your name and address.
4. And the authorization form (printed and signed handwritten)

WHAT!? Security reason, you want ALL my info!? Isn't that a big breach of security, I mean with this info you can pretty much do anything.

I'm guessing they are doing this to make it very difficult for people to leave and they sure need the few they have left in that ghost town ;-)

Next time I will read ALL the fine print, my mistake.

Those are standard types of verifications requested by all online poker sites.

I'd be scared if I could withdraw anything without sending all those documents first...^^

The stories I've heard/read come from an affiliate, who if I posted, would get snap deleted. I'm sure you can figure out why that might be if you've done any amount of homework.

Regardless, you have an individual on this forum, who posted having their account closed. Maybe Steel could share more of his story.
