is anyone beating these new jackpot games I want to move up to 0.50/1.00 but are the games beatable paying 10cents a hand

It was 10 cent from every pot maximum. But they are changed it:
Jackpot contributions will be taken automatically at a rate of $0.10 per $4 in the pot, with the maximum contribution taken being $0.50. The contribution will only be taken from special bad beat tables.

So I won a ticket to the 100k gtd from a $33 satellite on betonline. After the tournament I unregistered to see if I would get tourny dollars or a ticket but after I unregistered I had neither and was unable to re-reg for the 100k. I reached out to support once this happened via live chat and they said the ticket would be added to the account within 24 hours. I waited til the next morning and sent a follow up email to the support team just to have the ticket opened in case I did not get the ticket back in my account that day. 3 days later still no ticket and the explanation I got today is this:

Does this make sense to anyone? To me this is not a bonus as the tournament was a satellite and hit its guarantee so there was not even any added value in the tournament, not that that should have anything to do with it.

i still cant change my damn password correctly

after entering what i want as my pass and click "ok" or w/e it just spews random characters into the password boxes BOTH at the same time and the same letters/symbols apparently because i can save the pass thro chrome and auto login to the site but it doesnt work on the client

started happening on my older i7 920 gateway windows 8.1....here recently i built my first pc windows 10 and still the same thing (different keyboard and everything)....i had extra parts from an old dell pc laying around bought a cheap case off amazon and built another pc an i5 3300 and EVEN on that pc i still cant change my password correctly...3 pcs 3 different keyboards all with fresh installs of windows, ffs

Wow still not giving me the ticket, telling me I should not have unregistered and once I did that I forfeit my ticket. Been playing poker over 10 years, this seems like straight robbery. Be careful with this site - seems very untrustworthy.

I experienced the same thing. Sattied in via 22r and unregistered as moving January 1st and didn't know my schedule, didn't want to be sitting out at the start. I contacted live chat and then emailed management. They weren't having any of it. Seems overly harsh and like poor customer service. totally ridiculous terms and conditions. I don't even understand why it's possible to unregister. Anyway hoping they somehow turn things around but not looking likely. There was no warning when unregistering from the lobby which is BS imo.

By playing on one of the Chico skins that allows US players, which, as you have discovered, Tiger does not. I believe BetOnline does; not sure about the others.

I just had this happen as well. This is the biggest joke ever that you are not made aware when you click unregister from tournament. The fact they think this is even somewhat acceptable proves how incompetent of a company they are. It is just stealing plain and simple

You kind of need to read the fine print when it comes to any kind of promotion or bonus. I wouldn't deny that they could certainly use some improvements in the customer support department, but they're a company, their goal is to make money. Not saying that I think it's right, but it's certainly not unreasonable to expect that something like this might happen.

Anyone else having trouble with betonline bitcoin cashouts? I requested a cashout on December 17th which was approved on December 19th with the message that bitcoins will be sent out within 48 hours. And today I still didn't have the bitcoins in my wallet so I hit up live chat, and they're claiming that bitcoins are coming up as paid. I don't believe I entered a wrong address because I always check the addresses, and around the same time I was able to receive a cashout from betcoin.ag AND deposit on another site in the chico network using the SAME addresses copy-pasted and checked.

I recall hearing a similar story from awhile back, and was wondering if anyone else had similar problems in the past? They said I can submit a screenshot of my BTC wallet transactions which I did, but is it too much coincidence that this occurred during an epic BTC spike (not sure if the prices are locked in at the time you cash out or if the prices are when casino sends) ?
