Yes this is happening to me over and over again since the upgrade. I can't even play for more than ten minutes without a crash. It's possible it may be my computer and/or video card though.

Finally got his/her bot fixed after the software upgrade, probably.

I have problems with the software aswell, it seems after some amount of time it starts lagging my whole pc and i have to shut it down. Cant really figure out what is causing it - my config is above average and i dont have any other problems with other clients besides this one. If anyone figure out why is this... i have NVIDIA video card and multi monitor setup i think this might be connected to the issue.

Yeah my screen freezes for a few seconds every few mins and then a message pops up saying a driver crashed and has recovered. Started when they brought the new software in.

I get this too, but for me it's just a minor annoyance as the driver seems to instantly reboot and then I just keep playing. It only happens once every hour, so not too frequently.

everytime i see this i just assume it's an attempted brag that you aren't dog**** at poker bc not seeing how bad bots are for poker and your bottomline esp considering that mostly inhabit micro and lowstakes is really lol

Mine must just never recover then. I wonder what the deal is. I cannot play on this site until I can solve this. I changed my resolution to a lower resolution, still occurs. I can watch whatever videos i want, play on any other poker software without crashing. Chico software is the obly thing that seems to cause it. causes my computer to crash within about ten minutes usually on avg and i have to restart. Entire screen goes black

Anyone have a quick fix for me? I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but still get same issues.

Would accepted the windows update to Windows 10 help? Im getting desperate

Honestly the software is great, probably even better than WPNs. Only problem is it crashes my computer...sooo its only worse IMO because of that only

Dang, unfortunately didn't work. Don't know what the deal is. I can watch dueling 4k movies but I can't play poker on Chico. Seems totally silly to just dump the computer and buy a new one but whatevers
