Yeah that makes more sense than BetOnline actually doing something proactive. The players from Belarus, Russian, Ukraine and Muldova should be table limited or banned. They are sooo bad for the games. Chico would lose some money in the short term but greatly enhance the integrity of the games and appearance of fairness to recreational players.

Also can't log in for 48 hours.
Tried 20 times to reset the **** password.
When I try to log in getting the same message:

"DEAR CUSTOMER:
We are changing the platform, by this reason was sent a email requesting password reset."

Sent couple e-mails to support... Didn't got an answer.

I think the guy who said he talked to live support is lying.
Maybe he can send me link to "live support" cause I can't find it.

FWIW, it was doing this for an hour or so, then started giving an error message and shutting down for a while (when starting the client), and now it all seems fine.

Yah, the PLO games have seemed to be getting more and more of these Eastern Euro players. I think maybe it is only the Tiger Gaming players who are allowed to show a location, and 98% of those players are bots/nits/regs, so it doesn't seem like BetOnline gets much out of the arrangement when they're the ones primarily supplying all the fish to the ecosystem.

Just a quick observation... many of your competition poker rooms, sportsbooks, and casinos also offer BTC deposits, however they do not charge a 6.5% fee to do so. I think it would be in your rooms best interest to follow suit and waive any kind of fee for BTC deposits. From a business standpoint, it would increase traffic IMO and players certainly understand it doesn't cost you 6.5% to process the transaction by this method (and it's certainly cheaper/more efficient than credit cards and wire transfers)

Thanks... I contacted them twice... They were asking to set weak password without special characters or numbers... But, still not working... They said that this happens only with few accounts and will get an email after they resolve that. 15-20 hours had past, no email.

If there are only few "bad" accounts, why is taking so long?
