I have requested my Withdrawal on Wednesday April 27th.
Each day ever since they cancel my request for withdrawal and ask for documentation/currency preference.
I replied to each and every email they sent me and provided all info requested 8 times, only to have them ask for it again.
When i contacted the live chat and explained what is happening, she (Belle) simply suggests I email them again without providing further assistance and than disconnects.
Below is the last detailed email I sent them recently

I sent you all the documents you requested many times including the answer to this question and
RE-REQUESTED PAYOUT IN MY ACCOUNT AGAIN FOR THE 8TH TIME as the attached documents show.
You seem to delay withdrawl on purpose buy resending me the same questions over and over from different emails.
I have re-requested my payout for the 8th time which you keep returning to my account every time.
If my payout is not processed immediately in a timely manner BY TUESDAY, MAY 3d.
1. I will pass all the emails between us and financial records from may bank since my account was opened to my lawyer, who will be more than happy to sue you for more than this amount; As a class action lawsuit ( I have the info of 18 additional players who were not paid out recently as well).
2. I will post all the emails and info on all the gambling sites, including askbamblers.com and casinomeister.com.
I suggest you forward this email to a supervisor who will handle it appropriately.
I will pursue this case until the end no matter how long it takes: online casinos who treat players like this and don't pay should not exist!
If this is just my impression and my payout is on its way, please ignore the last paragraph.
