Can anybody help install some confidence in this site for me? Maybe someone that has played here for a long period of time. After reading the last few weeks of post and dealing with my cashout issues and accusations of idk what. All i know is that my account is under investigation. Sure seems like these guys are just stalling cashouts from players. Seems super shady. I dont plan on playing a single hand until i can at least see a cashout go through. Any feedback is appreciated.

Been playing here just under 2 years...MTT player...multiple BTC cashouts with no problems whatsoever...before they upgraded the software last summer, i had multiple issues with d/c during tournaments...they refunded my buyin every time i requested...my experience has been pleasant...Customer service through emails can be annoying/frustrating at times, but being persistent and polite has served me well...my two cents

I just deposited and had a bunch of client issues/found the software generally unplayable. I tried to withdraw my balance only to receive the same email that has been posted a few times and I wish I had seen prior to depositing-

"Thank you for your PayOut request, and congratulations on your winnings. Unfortunately it has been cancelled. While we reviewed your account we noticed you have not use your funds completely and as per our rules "All deposited funds must be wagered 1 Time (1 Time Rollover) prior to withdrawal". By this time you have used $ xxx USD of your Deposit Amount. Once you comply with your 1 Time Rollover please request again your PayOut."

Has anyone successfully avoided this scam by getting customer service to cancel your deposit bonus or otherwise?

I've played at the site alot this year and I could count on one hand the amount of client/software issues I've had. In its current form it is the site I've had the least client/software issues with ever. I've played online for around 10 years and played at many different sites. I think the issue is probably on your end.

I can't comment on requesting and receiving funds back without wagering because I've never done that. I wouldn't go as far as to deem it a scam to force you to rollover 1x, but I can understand not wanting to risk money when you can't get the client to work properly. Hopefully you find a solution.

I agree with MCAChiTOwn. The sites have to pay money for your deposit, so calling it a scam to have a minimum wager requirement seems a bit harsh. I mean wagering your deposit in poker shouldn't take that long, unless you deposited a large amount, which would seem strange if you were only depositing in order to try the software.

Thank you for the replies. Calling it a scam might be harsh, I was tilted last night as A. I've never encountered such a requirement with any other site and B. customer service was unresponsive.

I did stupidly deposit a relatively large amount after experiencing no issues messing around with play money, expecting to be a medium/long term customer, and as I said having not found the thread about the similar problems people have had. The playability issues I experienced came in to effect multitabling with acr/ignition which may just not be feasible (worst one was the "raise any" box somehow being ticked after ticking fold which is obviously not tenable).

I'd be happy to satisfy the rollover requirement if they were at all transparent about it and didn't refuse to allow you to forfeit bonuses. Afaik no other major site does this (at least nowhere close to 100% requirement), it isn't listed in the terms of their deposit promotion and isn't stated until rule 23 in their overall TOS.

I'm not sure how long it's been there, but Tiger is now listing BTC as a deposit option. Can anyone confirm if depositing with BTC opens up the option to withdraw with BTC? (I guess more generally, does anyone have the option to withdraw with BTC on Tiger?) Or is it still exclusive to BOL?

I think the problem is that you are on a new account. I think most sites would flag your account for the behaviour, but yes they might respond differently. You can try to keep negotiating with them to bring the down the rollover requirement. I think the worst I had was on Stanjames where I deposited and triggered a deposit bonus. After 3-5000 hands or so I think I decided to not play there anymore and it was a big deal to cash out apparently. I ended up speaking to the manager on the phone to get out my money. But that was a site that operates in the UK, so I tend to be very low tolerance for any kind of BS, because I can actually take legal action against them (IMO if I rake 3,000 hands at decent stakes, that should cover whatever money they paid on my deposit and they had no official requirement to wager x amount before I deposited).

A bit of a disaster during the 10K GTD this afternoon/evening. On the bubble, playing hand for hand. Seemed like half the players were disconnecting due to some BOL issue. We ended up playing two hands in fifteen minutes. Painful.

Don't get what you're talking about, I haven't had any playability issues on this site at all except some lag when having 8+ tables open. Did you just misclick a lot in your session? There's no way the "raise any" box is ticked after you tick fold, I've played 50k+ hands on this site while also multitabling with ACR + Ignition and never seen that before. Are you running some third party softwares?

Hey guys. Is anybody still dealing with payout issues. Im still getting the runaround for over a week now. Only thing i know is that my account is under review and was asked about my relationship to a SN or player that i have never heard of or remember playing against. Ive sent a couple polite emails everyday just trying to speed up the process or get some type of answer. I really just want to know if i am waisting my time and energy on this site. Very frustrating. Thanks i appreciate any feedback.

It's a recurring theme recently. Rest assured you will be paid eventually. Don't know what's up with so many delays, account reviews, and questions about relationships to other players lately, but as far as I'm aware everyone has eventually gotten paid. Just keep contacting them.

Does Tigergaming have these issues as well? They still have their 24 hour cash-out guarantee right? From what I can tell BetOnline is considered reputable amongst sport bettors. Tigergaming is also considered trustworthy, but I'm not sure why (or if that is actually a wide held belief).

Yeah that issue specifically seems to be a problem that I had with my StackAndTile configuration which I was finally able to resolve and wasn't due to the client, so my fault on that count. Still having lag/dc issues but I usually run ~15 tables so prob just have to scale back until I reach the playthrough requirement.

This plus 3rd party software probably eats up most of your resources, and especially if you have other additional programs running in the background you're probably going to lag to some extent.

How you guys can play that many tables and still make money these days is beyond me. I guess if you're getting rakeback or bonuses it may be worth it. Gotta be full ring or tournies right?

No problem. Sucks we gotta jump through hoops and worry about not getting our money out. Just provide them with whatever docs/information they ask for. Keep in contact with them and be persistent.

I wasnt asked to verify my account until i tried to make my 4th cashout on the site. Thats when they asked for my info. I sent that a month ago and they said all was good. All i know now is that my acct is under review. Been 7-8 days now. I was told today to initiate another cashout. So i did that this morning. We will see how it goes...

I still did not get a single answer as to what the account review was about?

I'm having a lot of issues with the client randomly crashing. Is there a good fix for that? My cursory searching mentioned a recent Adobe patch that may be causing it, but I'm not sure.

I am running it as administrator and prevent scaling. Any other ideas? Thanks.
