Something is definitely going on here, My withdrawals just keep getting cancelled, I have played here for a few years and am completely verified, I have withdrew using the same methods dozens of times. Some of the reasons they have given me in the last few weeks:
-My account is under a 72 hour review(had this more than once)
-They are having trouble with Eco payz.
-My skrill email is not the same as my account email(I have withdrew to this skrill countless times before)
-Skrill have told them my account cant recieve transfers at this time(this one is just wtf)

Is it only the Skrill cashout that is the issue? Have you requested bitcoin or a wire instead?

Is there a BOL rep who views this thread?

I believe these random "investigations" have happened to people using BTC as well. Seems to be no rhyme or reason.

It looks like only 1 user has yet to be paid, so there isn't too much to fear unless others are willing to share? Or can anyone share successful payouts to instill confidence in us?

Hopefully this is simply their sketchy M.O. to keep money on the site generating more rake and frustrate/delay users into continuing to play while waiting for a cashout. Smart business but terribly unethical and sketchy.

Has anyone who has been screwed by an online poker site that doesn't payout tried charging back deposits? What did you say to Visa/MC to explain the chargebacks if so?

I wouldn't do a charback. Just be patient and wait for the withdrawal. BTC normally takes like under 12 hours for me last few times. They probably are having difficult with BTC up and down 15%+. If you do charback your CC and name will be blacklisted from all sites even if you only say you will.

FWIW BTC payout successful 5/31/17 for ~$800. No issues whatsoever.

I logged in to my circle account today to find out they don't do btc anymore (used to be free for withdrawals). It looks like coinbase charges 1.49% for withdrawals.

Is coinbase the best option or is there a better option to get your $ from blockchain?

took me about 1 week, 7 emails and numerous false accusations on their part to get my last withdrawal. They basically were accusing me of multi accounting which is not true but i obviously had no way to prove it. Eventually after my emails got angrier and angrier they sent me an email saying nothing but "Your account has now been updated." and the withdrawal went through ok.

They made me jump through a bunch of hoops(cancelling withdrawals without contact, 72 hour review) for the withdrawal before and i didn't play a hand of poker between then and my last withdrawal so i'm 99% sure they were just stalling. Can only speculate on reasons why but whatever they are it doesn't look good.

I'll be able to request my next withdrawal in about 12 hours(due to weekly withdrawal limit) so fingers crossed there are no more excuses they can make up!

I'm thinking about depositing here again mostly for poker, but looking at the promos I see there's a 100% first time bitcoin deposit bonus (I used the 1st time poker bonus a year or two ago). Looks like there's a 14x rollover that only applies to sportsbetting I guess? I bet, particularly during NFL season, but this would take a long time for me to hit. Is there any downside or reason I shouldn't use this bonus? It sounds like I'd still be able to withdraw non-bonus funds after 30 days. Just wondering if there is anything I'm overlooking, I think I've heard issues with people using bonuses here in the past?

Players do not have access to each other's IP addresses via poker clients.

The only way to find out another player's IP address is by asking them to contact you, directly, via Skype, e-mail, etc.

Anyone ever withdraw BTC straight to Coinbase? I figured if I only do it for w/draw it should be fine. I usually always just w/draw via check, I have only did initial deposit once three years ago.

A month ago a had to jump through some account verification hoops. No big deal. I know this is part of the process. But it took some time and i lost what i had hoped to cash out. But at least my account was finally verified and in good standing.

Well, my next cash out was yesterday via bitcoin. Guess what? it has been declined or cancelled. And i cannot get any answers as to why.

So this is crazy. Ive been playing online for 10 years and never got anything like this. I don't know a single other person that plays on this site. Yet alone the SN that they want me to inform my relationship about. WTF is going on? anybody else have any issues like this? My last couple cash outs I feel they are just stalling. Making up some BS to keep me from getting my money off the site. And feedback is appreciated.

Just answer all their dumb questions and keep hassling them. Heaps of people are having these false accusations/investigations for large withdrawals but it seems just to be a delay tactic and they'll give you your money in the end.

Fwiw my most recent withdrawal(max amount) went through within 24 hours with no investigation after I sent some very heated emails in their previous investigation.

This worked fine, however, Coinbase did make me answer two questions before I could sell to my bank account:

I had the same thing happen to me twice, when I also don't know anyone on the site. The first time(Nov 16) it ended up being ~12 days before Brian responded by saying the investigation was concluded, despite me responding to his initial email several times and contacting live chat a few times.

It happened again, about 6 months later and I responded to the email immediately and tried live chat a couple days later and they said I was ok to re-request the withdrawal. Both times it was annoying but eventually resolved. Good Luck.

At midstakes+ if you click "hide empty" it effectively removes 9max. But yeah I guess there isn't really an option to sort by player quantity. You can click on "plrs." to move 9max to the bottom of your screen, if that helps.
