I am totaly not understand what kind of fraudless this can be? And why do ordinary players have to be responsible for the fact that they are at the tables? I spent my time and nerves playing in this room and as a result I was also robbed by the room itself.

I would hope that that clause was included originally to mean that the player's account will be suspended for review, and the fraudulent funds will be confiscated if intentional cheating between the fraudster/s and the player is determined.

Perhaps some over-diligent new Security personnel have misinterpreted the intended purpose of the clause and have started to follow it literally, by confiscating funds from honest and innocent winners' accounts?

If so, once this ridiculous practice is discovered by the players, to their cost, I can see them leaving the site in droves. It would be pointless to play for hours, risking their own money, only to find later that their winnings from their honest play is confiscated for no real valid reason.

Hi guys! I'd like to tell you my story with Chico.

I was playing poker at Sportsbetting for few months. As some players wrote here, first I had problems with bonus that should be wagered and after many chats with support was finally fixed.

Then i requested cashout, it was declined, as it usual happens there, sent all docs, declined again and got the cashier blocked (i can access my account and even can play, but can't do any transactions). The reason was is that i was using 2 different IPs ( played during my vacation in Thai). Ok, explained it to them and sent proofs. They said they need 24 hours, then another 24 hours etc. But anyway i still got my cashier blocked.

It lasts for 6+ weeks already and i'm losing any hope to get my money back (2200$). Writing here just to let potential chico customers know who they'll deal with.

A big part of existing customers already have such problems as i see. Keeping money blocked for 6+ weeks after you got all proofs in my mind has absolutely no excuses.

That is definitely not the case, at least with me.

I have chat logs with support asking them if i am in any way accused of any wrongdoing and they answered no.

They deducted the winnings for me and they say they did the same for others?

Please be advised that these security measures are in place to protect all our players and our network from any unfair play. If funds are won from a fraudulent account, the winnings is returned to the fraud account and the account is then closed. If you lose to a fraudulent account, then the amount lost is returned to your account and the fraudulent account is closed.

Also i am getting really worried about tigergaming atm cause i'm having a different "problem" according to them now and have not been able to withdraw yet even though they said on an email after they deducted the money that i can now, but i will be back with a long post later once i get an answer from them.

Oh rly? Anyone have this happen for them? How would one go about finding out if they've lost to a "fraudulent account"?

alzack, can you check your session history and see if any of the players on that table lost money in hands where _Amelia vpip'd and then disclose the SN here so we can try to ask this player at the tables if they received a refund?

It was for 30 hands that i got to play with him and according to my DB the only one that lost to him is TrueteIIer.

One $223 pot and another $145.
He didn't win any pot vs him. So if thats all the hands TrueteIIer played with him he should receive $179 as a refund.

On 5/21 the guy on the phone line insisted he was taking care of it. I went on vacation 5/23 and didn't contact them again until 5/27. On 5/27 I spoke to Wendy on live chat and after some harsh words and cursing she suddenly said she was talking w/security to take care of it and then she said I was all set to request it again. Requested 5/27 and was approved. Was told to wait 24-48 hours for funds to be sent, will update here when complete.

I think they're just super disorganized. I guess my advice for people with IP address issues is to not have them in the first place. Also when you live chat, ask for Wendy.

I had a problem with a btc cashout one time. I tweeted @davemasonbol he's like the sportsbook manager or something for betonline and he had me DM him and took care of it for me.

It's stupid because you shouldn't need to tweet someone to help you get a cashout, but just another option to possibly help.

Since depositing/playing the other day, I'm getting multiple emails and phone calls a day despite everything being fine...

Is this normal? It's making me regret my decision to play here more and now reading the above I can't even imagine the hassle of cashing out, ugh

there not disorganized i been getting the run around for the last 3 cashouts i have done from this site, the latest i have been waiting the week same stuff underinvestagtion crap, this is not a good sign

Ok, imo instead of posting vague stuff can you be specific like I did? What is the listed reason for the investigation? What have their communications been? Zeek, you've clearly received the first two cashouts despite the issues, on what timeframe were those?

There was a client update on the site. Most software will need an update. You should check the software forum and the thread for your specific software.

Everybody who was distracted by seeing their balance on the client will be happy with this update. Personally never bothered me, but I do recall some requesting removing it in here. Nice to see a site listen to the players.

Now if they would just get rid of the botters and withdrawal hassles.

Speaking of bots. It's so nice to play bot free for a few hours until theyre reprogrammed.
