It's amazing that a network named Chico is delaying btc w/d requests as btc continues to climb 6% a day or so.

Not saying these players won't get their money but what a crappy poker site.

I've been playing some heads up sit n go's on different networks and they drastically need work here. There's no rakeback, no VIP points accrued, high fees, and there is only regular and no turbo/hyper, etc. I've already had regulars for just $5 take over 220 hands to complete and to be honest - we both chatted in the box about how we just wanted to shove the next one to get it over with. When players are mutually tiring of the game, something is wrong.

Please fix these. This is beyond the worst place to play HUSNG's online. Period.

I play mid-highstakes on tiger for quite some times now and never had an issue like this before.

I've been trying to cashout for over 10 days now on tigergaming without success.

They first canceled my cashout on 13/05 saying they want 72hrs for a standard review(which they have done multiple times on me the last 4 months and i have send every piece of document/info that they asked).

After the 72hrs i asked again and they cancelled it again saying the review was not done.

I then try again on 23/05 and i get a note on my rejected cashout that they need 24hrs for a standard review again! i speak with live support but they dont know anything on the matter.

So i try agian again on 24/05 and they cancel it again saying that they need to complete the standard review even though i requested it after the 24hr.

I know speak again with live support and now they are saying me:

David: Your play against the player "__Amelia" is being
reviewed.

I check my database because i dont recognize the username and i played like 30 hands with the guy on a 5/10 6max table and this was like a 2hours session, the only session this month on tigergaming for me!
I stacked the guy for a buy in a std hand for a weak player to get stacked.

After that he lost like 70bbs more and the table broke.

Now after i spoke with the live support i sent an email on cashier@tigergaming.com asking what is going on.

I finally get this response.

Thank you for your email.

We will need to deduct $904.29 generated from a fraudulent account.

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Without any proof of wrong doing on my part and without them letting me know what is the fraud form the player __Amelia777 they are just going to deduct from me 904 usd!

I asked them if any other player on the 6max table that played against me and won money got deducted money form their accounts or if someone lost to him do they get money from tiger? I never got an answer as of now.

I also asked if i had lost money to that guy what would had happened but never got an answer.

If someone else that played with the same guy at 1knl can post here that would be great.

I obv have all the transcripts from live support ,the rejected cashouts i tried all this time without them letting me know what is going on and the hands played with that guy.

This is kinda strange because u can only cashout 5k/week and 15k/month on tiger and i have tided my money there for quite some time now.

PS: I emailed them again asking for infos on the fraud from the guy or if some1 else that lost to him got his money back etc.

their response:

Thank you for your email.

The information is specified on our terms and conditions.

The username involved is _Amelia777.

follow up from my previous post(sry if someone thinks this is spamming)

I asked where does it states in their terms and conditions that they can confiscate money from me if someone else supposedly committed a fraud.

their response:

Hi Customer,

Thank you for your email.

The funds was won from a confirmed fraudulent player. As per our terms and conditions:

"3.24. The Player fully understands and agrees that the Player is solely responsible for his/her account transactions and should keep his/her account information confidential. You, the Player, are wholly and soley responsible for this. Should a Player give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or password, Action Commerce Limited will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account. In addition, should the Player share his password and account details with other Players, Action Commerce Limited will consider this as fraudulent activity against its stringent policies, resulting in lengthy fraud investigations, and will have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Players' accounts and confiscate all funds."


We must confiscate funds from every single player that won from him/her.(this is not on their TOS)

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

So how does the 3.24 section leads to the conclusion they wrote to me:

Basically they are saying that they can confiscate founds if we win and just tell us the guy that lost committed fraud without any other explanation? Even though their TOS states that they can confiscate founds only from the guy that committed the fraud!

PS: If there is still someone from tiger that still watches this thread please post here so we can clarify this.

lol this is crazy... payout processed 10AM est at the HEIGHT OF BITCOINS DAILY VALUE... then it sits there for now 8 hours and is getting less and less by the minute... So far down 20 pct of my payout... thanks BOL for giving most likely close to NO MINERS FEE

while I love being able to cashout with Bitcoin, I have found some sites really skimp on the miner's fees, and which can create an issue like this... sorry dude

I have had the exact same thing happen to me, it was on a heads up table, I have read of it happening to other people in this thread as well.

So, I got lucky at the roulette tables last week and put together a few hundred dollars profit. I went back to the poker tables - and I don't wish to have a debate about this - I'm being ripped off horribly so before they take another penny from me, obviously I want to withdraw my winnings.

I called the customer services # to find out what is needed to make an initial withdrawal and of course sat on hold for a good 25 minutes before hanging up and coming here. What do I need to do in order to get my money off the site asap?

As far as I can tell there's ones at every stake. I play the low limits mostly so I could tell you most of the ones there. If you play higher you'd have to get someone else's input. Private message me if you'd like. I can give you a list.

11.2.1 If it is found that a player has made profit from a confirmed fraud player/fraud group, the player's account will be suspended for review and the fraudulent funds will be confiscated.

But my total wining was...50 dollars. Total.
I don't even remember that played with some of this guys. I don't have HM. Even if I realy played with them, do they think i creat a froud group for win 50 bucks??? are they crazy?? And of course no evidence or a hand history.
I generally doubt the existence of these "fraudulent groups". Too many "scammers" at all limits and at the same time.
Looks like Partypoker fiered his securdity team and they got new job ib Chico.
And of cource they are so fckng clear with all this bots on every limits and users that play 5% of their hands on 6-max, but call squeez of 35bb with 66-got their set and stacked your Aa, or call preflop 4bet with KTo got doublegotshot on the flop vs set, call alin and had their straight)) Thats TOTALY OK. But when you win something-you get it from froud player and we will not pay you!!! Just great.

So basically chico network is pushing the cost of fraudulent player chargebacks onto the unsuspecting legit players who win from them?

No problem if they only confiscate upon evidence of chipdumping but to do this across the board is wrong, and will make honest players lose confidence in the site.

I'd rather see them just raise CC deposit fees to cover their exposure to this. Or be more diligent with deposit limits.

Or push their bitcoin deposit option harder with bonuses since they can't lose money to fraud via that method.
