I play mid-highstakes on tiger for quite some times now and never had an issue like this before.
I've been trying to cashout for over 10 days now on tigergaming without success.
They first canceled my cashout on 13/05 saying they want 72hrs for a standard review(which they have done multiple times on me the last 4 months and i have send every piece of document/info that they asked).
After the 72hrs i asked again and they cancelled it again saying the review was not done.
I then try again on 23/05 and i get a note on my rejected cashout that they need 24hrs for a standard review again! i speak with live support but they dont know anything on the matter.
So i try agian again on 24/05 and they cancel it again saying that they need to complete the standard review even though i requested it after the 24hr.
I know speak again with live support and now they are saying me:
David: Your play against the player "__Amelia" is being
reviewed.
I check my database because i dont recognize the username and i played like 30 hands with the guy on a 5/10 6max table and this was like a 2hours session, the only session this month on tigergaming for me!
I stacked the guy for a buy in a std hand for a weak player to get stacked.
After that he lost like 70bbs more and the table broke.
Now after i spoke with the live support i sent an email on
cashier@tigergaming.com asking what is going on.
I finally get this response.

We will need to deduct $904.29 generated from a fraudulent account.

Without any proof of wrong doing on my part and without them letting me know what is the fraud form the player __Amelia777 they are just going to deduct from me 904 usd!
I asked them if any other player on the 6max table that played against me and won money got deducted money form their accounts or if someone lost to him do they get money from tiger? I never got an answer as of now.
I also asked if i had lost money to that guy what would had happened but never got an answer.
If someone else that played with the same guy at 1knl can post here that would be great.
I obv have all the transcripts from live support ,the rejected cashouts i tried all this time without them letting me know what is going on and the hands played with that guy.
This is kinda strange because u can only cashout 5k/week and 15k/month on tiger and i have tided my money there for quite some time now.
PS: I emailed them again asking for infos on the fraud from the guy or if some1 else that lost to him got his money back etc.
