Anyone that plays bounty tournaments at Betonline knows the issue I am referring too.

Once a player is knocked out his bounty is surrendered - if they decide to rebuy, their bounty is no longer available - The issue is, there is no way of knowing if this bounty is still available -

Obviously, when you are deciding whether to call an all-in your range grows when you think you can win this - so, not knowing is not only frustrating but can also affect your strategy.

I have reached out to them a number of times as well as many of you have but for some reason, they refuse to fix it. Despite it being the industry standard - If you have ever played a bounty at partypoker or anywhere else it is clearly posted -

I like the new mobile poker app so far. Seems very smooth and handles multiple tables well.

I wish there was an option to auto rebuy. It's a nuisance to manually top up all the time.

The only thing that hasn't worked for me so far is using "raise to" instead of "raise." It changes the label to "raise to" but when you bet it still raises that amount rather than raising to that amount.

If u play on Tiger you can convert vip points to cash (still?) but on BOL you can use those only for tournament buyins. Can u ask this from their chat support and paste answer here? I would like to see what is their answer to you.

Question 1: what do i do with the vip points on BOL. Can I actually use them or are they just there for unlocking the signup bonus. Whats the benefit of tiering up to silver, gold, etc?

Question 2: on the cash tables when I get called down and I click to see what the person called me with I dont always see the hand instead it says something like, "Pick the table to view the hand" And since im playing so many tables through out the day theres no way for me to find the hand. This might be a stupid question but its been bothering me a lot. At other times it just works fine and shows me the previous hand.

1. VIP points are only good for entering guaranteed poker tournaments, you're level means nothing.

2. This is because the date for hand histories is not set to the game client clock. Super annoying but what you have to do is click the calendar icon, and change the date to the day before to see the most recent hand. Also, a trick I do is leave, or minimize that window, so when you hit the hand history tab on the table again it stays on the date.

i know the guys your talking about.... i have most of them losing (except 1) but only 3-5k hands on them.. and i dont spew much... but the 5 players seem super suspect....
especially, when all players leave and the just sit at tables by themselves ... longer than a human would....
yes.. they never move tables when fish are gone... always have 200-400bb stacks.... i just put them to my right,, and know they way they play... but its super annoying that chico doesnt care about bots.
especially when many many players .... talk in chat that they think those guys are bots.
