Of the 8,000 hands I have on pimp, this is the first time he's played past 8pm CT. I think it's a possibility that BOL booted pinejuice/Idraw, but allowed pimp to keep on playing. If that's the case, it will be funny to see pimp constantly pull these 12 hours sessions. I could be wrong though and we see pinejuice/idraw playing tomorrow.

What sort of coincidence could it possibly be that all the botters I suspect have been suspiciously absent today? And even without having mentioned any of their names here. This just further strengthens my previous suspicions. Not getting my hopes up, but happy to play at the moment without the tables being monopolized by these scumbags.

i dont even know who this guy is ! and i only have 700 hands with him in a sample of 35k+ hands that i have on this site!! they also day i lost alot of money to him ! and i checked on my hand history and i only lost 2000 usd (2 buy ins!!)

i read that they refuse to pay to wining players some years ago and this is scaring me because i have +- 40k usd in my account !

anyone here geting this emails and not geting paid ?

one more thing wich makes me really feel that i will not geting paid is that my account is not closed ! they dont let me take my money but they let me play !

Your account being open is usually a good thing, not sure why you think it's more proof they're not going to pay you.

i think its not a good thing at all because if i am under investigation is that because they suspect that i am not playing by the rules and if this is the case they have to shut down my account while they are taking care of the situation! and if i can play and deposit but not withdrwal makes me think there is no investigation at all and this is a away of them rip me off like they did before !

While the site certainly has its flaws, ripping off players is not one of them. I have a number of winning players on this site and none are unable to withdraw, none have had bankrolls confiscated, and none are currently under investigation.

However, I have seen players investigated before. Don't panic. Respond rationally, calmly, and politely to the emails you receive from security/fraud department. If you have done nothing wrong, your account will be restored and you will be allowed to withdraw the funds in your account and play as normal.

I got one of them emails before, they asked what my relationship was with a player i had played a lot of hands against because we had similar names..we both had AA in our name.

My roomate wants to make an account to play micros on Betonline. I have an account already. According to support he can't make an account from this IP. Is that accurate? They seemed to be insinuating that it is not allowed, even if my account hasn't been used in over a year. I would rather not let him play on my account for obvious reasons. Seems ridiculous so I just want to confirm that is actually true if anyone knows.

I was snooping around BOL just now and looking at their bigger guarantees, and noticed a satty to the biggest one ($109 100k) was heads up so I decided to watch the end of it. Right when i got to the table I was confused because the lobby said "2 seats guaranteed". I wasn't the only one confused and they were talking about it in the chat as well. Looks like they weren't able to get help from support and it paid out incorrectly. It's not a ton of money but this is a pretty big deal to me, because if it can happened once it's most likely going to happen again.

Someone from Reddit gave me information on these players and it seemed credible. I submitted it to fraud dept directly weeks ago. I'm glad to see that it appears some action was taken against the players. I'm told a couple other players not mentioned were correlated and taken offline as well.

If you guys have any info on other players. And you have enough info to make a decent case, not just speculation, please get in touch with me. Assuming I think your evidence merits further review, I'll do what I can to see that it is properly investigated as in this case. Or the DON guys we got booted a couple months ago (mentioned ITT) and other instances in the past.

Hey khan is there a specific thread on reddit with mentions of botting at betonline/chico?

I am quite certain I am dealing with several bots in the low stakes there. I have some names and 30000 plus hands or more on each with most stats being nearly identical. I've reported to the site, but nothing has been done.

Each one of them disappeared for 1 day last week. This was odd because they each are there every single day.

I'd just like to know what specific kind of evidence would be most useful and if I could get in contact with the person you mentioned from reddit so that I could provide you with the same evidence.

I'ld like to bring another tournament issue to your attention. When you bring up the tournament lobby from the table and tournament you are sitting at, the right side of the screen has Click here to see the player list. Under the "Place" tab it does not show what place each player remaing is in, there is just "-" This makes it hard to figure what place you are in relative to stack sizes for purpose of money placing strategy and bubble strategy. I've never seen another site that doesn't give you that info, The info box on the players table only tells you your specific place, this is inadequate. Can we get this fixed please?
