this is awful... There will be very small pool players after those decisions... Today cant connect, it says "unknown pass/login combination". Never had this before. Support via email tanked...

Makes no sense tho- their entire VIP bonus loyalty program is based on players who provide most volume, and as part of the formula they use to calculate the points the % of pots won is also included. So being a winning player is actually needed to do well in the VIP reload program.

I dont remember that hand, may be it was big pot and somebody reported. if it is... then no problem they can remove "disconnect protection option" or turned this option off for my account and decide by thier security department who should take the money from that pot and how much based on the player's hands and action in that hand.

Have no idea what to do. Account suspended and money freezed. Prob will post on the other forums and to the other poker communities to prevent them from playing with this option,lol.

These new Terms and Conditions are not only for tigergaming, if you go right now to betonline website and read General Rules - Bonus Rules you can find them also added by #10-11

10.Bonuses are for recreational players. BetOnline reserves the right to deny and/or cancel bonuses and/or winnings from said bonuses if management determines a player to be non-recreational, an arbitrage bettor, a scalper, a bonus arbitrager, or part of a syndicate - without further explanation.
11.BetOnline reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time without explanation.

Whats gonna hapen to the random new player who is not aware of this? After clearing his first deposit bonus he might be profiled as "non recreational player" and all his cleared bonus money will be forfeited?
That means affiliates can not longer invite new regular players or would be forced to break the deals. Where this policy leads ?

I can understand that in that hand probably was crucial point for the disconnect and the chances for this is low for the random disconnect. And it seems suspicios.
But if we think deeply about this situation it means that ANY player has the chance to get account suspension for 1 disconnect. Firstly i thouht that they looks at the Pokerstars changes and planned just cutting the regulars, but this precedent bad for recreational players as well. It means freedom to suspend account for just 1 hand.

Will post here every letter from them.
